I received a phone call stating the photo I supplied was the wrong dimensions and if I could edit and send again, which I did and all was fine then on in. Very pleased with the finished product, perfect for what I want to use it for with the detail & quality very worth the money paid. Will be returning for any extra playmats I may need in the future. Jun 24,2023Absolutely perfect, they care about their craft and customers! I ordered two playmats with the intention of having them work side-by-side (an Image of me and a mate). Within moments of ordering I was reached out about image issues and I worked as best I could to resolve them, with quick responses all throughout. Finally after doing that I asked them to make their best professional opinion and they came out PERFECT. VenomBattleGear are the company my play group will continue to recommend for years to come!
