Fantastic contact ! Even though there was note on the website saying there’s going to be delay due to holiday break , I got the phone call saying they will do it before it and send it off so I get it quicker . Perfectly wrapped so came intact, and quality is great ! Highly recommended!!!

They called me before printing my custom play mat to inform me of a small error in the design which gave me chance to fix the error and made the gift absolutely perfect. Honestly 10/10 customer service and the turn around was so fast. The quality of the play mat is brilliant. Thank you so so much

A pleasant experience, instead of just putting thought my design, there was some changes needed to make it work, was informed before printing and agreed, very happy with the results and quality is certainly worth the price, will be buying from again for custom mats

I contacted the business to discuss the dimensions that I had missed in their item description. They informed me of the specifics and how the final print would turn out. In the end the final print was better than what was described. The person I spoke to was friendly, experienced and knew their craft well. The delivery was quick and the whole process from acceptance to delivery took roughly a day or two to arrive.

Print came out great and they even contacted me to let me know my original image was going come out a bit wonky as too low res. Appreciated as I wouldn’t want a low res image (looking all pixely and stretched) on a mat I payed for.

I was really impressed by the customer service, we had a long talk about how exactly i would like the image positioned on the mat and working out the best quality of the graphic. The mat I received is now the envy of most of my friends at the Game shop.
