Guidance with image work and some post processing that needed done. 3 playmats arrived promptly and well packaged, they all look fantastic and the quality is on par with name brand/store bought mats. I'll defo be getting all custom work done at Venom Battle Gear going forward.

Oct 01,2023I ordered a custom playmat (with stitched edging), which is very high quality and the customer service for this order was outstanding. The image that I uploaded to be on the playmat didn’t have the right dimensions (I’m quite bad with photoshop), but they did an excellent job of cropping it to size for me and sent an image of a mock-up to check that I liked it. I would absolutely recommend this product.

He rung to explain that the size I had sent would mean that some of the art work would be cut out, so gave me the chance to resize so it didn’t happen. Answered any questions I had with in an instance. Sent in great packaging that kept the mat safe the whole way to me. Going to recommend him to anyone who needs a custom mat, regardless of what tcg it is. Thank you
