Sep 10,2023As soon as a placed my order, got a phone call explaining about my image.for the custom mat and how it might not come out how I expect and said they could improve it by doing this and that etc, sent me a mock up drawing first before it was printed. Excellent customer service and a quality mat arrived in no time
