Jan 04,2025I purchased a pair of Muay Thai shorts for my son for Christmas. I purchased a small mens as he is 13 and slightly built. I thought they would be too big if anything. The shorts were too small, but they have a strict 30 day return policy. I purchased them on the 28th Nov, but my son didn’t open them until the 25th Dec. They have no leeway on the 30 day return policy with the Christmas period. Beware or this if you are purchasing outside Asia. I’m stuck with an expensive pair of tiny shorts and a disappointed child. I will not risk purchasing from here again.

Jan 03,2025I'm currently not happy at all with this whole process. My order was meant to arrive on the 18th of December but it did not arrive. When I got another message a few days later it said that they tried to deliver it and somehow they got my address wrong ( I made sure I put the right address for delivery) so then in another message from the post it said that the parcel had to delivered but to the main warehouse in another state. I would just like to know how I can revolve this issue because if I didn't get my delivery then do I re-order them or can I have a full refund?

Jan 07,2025I purchased a set of Challenger 4.0 gloves. Upon trying them on I noticed that there was a manufacturing issue within the right thumb, and that the padding made it hard for my right thumb to go into. I attempted to softly move it into place but appears to be not staying in position. I have contacted Venum support and informed that all I can do is send them back provided that they have the tags. Well I don’t tend to keep tags for items especially as I took them to the gym to use. Ended up not having gloves for class (yes I could have checked prior). Lack of quality control and now having to go through steps to return will leave me without gloves for weeks. I assume that I will need to pay for return shipping as well due to their faulty product. Things should not be sold defective. Hoping for a better solution.
