Feb 11,2025It takes 2-3weeks to process my order. Since it was weird, I tried to email the customer service. It turns out they need my NIK number to deliver it to indonesia. Its pretty disappointing because they didn’t ask me for this information until I emailed them for complaining for the delay. now its been week 5 and my order are still ln delivery.

Jan 30,2025Purchased Venum Phantom Boxing Gloves - Black/Red in April 2024 but put them away, unopened, as I still had some punch left in my current gloves. Took them out at the start of January 2025 and used them two times a week for three weeks. All of the stitching is coming apart on both gloves. Customer service was terrible and they sent me to several different places before I actually got the right team (even though I used the email address they said to use on the order confirmation). Venum offered a credit but with the cost of shipping, it’s worthless. I don’t think I’ll buy Venum gear again and I’ll stick with my new Fairtex gloves.

Jan 30,2025Quality legit fight gear. Ever reliable hardy gear - great for daily hard workouts and sparring. Pity the duffle I ordered wasn’t delivered as it was out of stock. Wasn’t informed prior. But refund for swift and customer service always good. Thank you.
