May 28,2021They set everything up but when I got to the dispensary I wasn’t allowed in because the doctor never sent the registry my prescription, tried calling multiple times and no answer now I have to wait to hopefully hear from him. Huge inconvenience.

May 28,2021The easiest process ever. Made an appointment, same day got to meet a doctor virtually. Once approved sent all my paper work online and was able to visit dispensary within 24hrs of sending in all my paperwork 🙌🏽

May 27,2021Incredible. I have tried many medications to manage my anxiety with PTSD & the downs of Depression. Being able to select the medication based on how it works for me is more important than anything when entering one of the pharmacies. Finally a medication that works! I have never felt more myself than when discovering how well clean medical marijuana works when used properly as a medication.

Jun 06,2021This was the most stressfull worst experience with a large company. Staff are un-educated on the product and how to help people. There answer for everything is check your email, they dont understand thats what a portal is for. If you ask to talk to a supervisor they dont have one and you will never get a response from the executive team they ARE A BUNCH OF COWARDS THAT WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY TOUGh LUCK YOU ARE SCREWED.... GOOD LUCK IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THEM. AND I FOUND OUT ITS CHEAPER TO DO IT YOUR SELF. WAIT FOR THE EXTRA FEES. ———- Veriheal, you have got to be kidding me I have been trying to talk to someone in management for quit sometime now. I have an email with two of the same document sent by your staff that has My Name in stead of the DOCTOR NAME, this was sent back by the State of ARIZONA WANTING TO KNOW WHY IF I WS THE DOCTOR WHY AM I ORDERING MY CARD OR WHO IS THIS DOCTOR FILLING OUT THE FORM WRONG. I have ask for a supervisor several times AFTER BEING TOLD IS WAS GETTING A FULL REFUND AND THE YOUR NOT GETTING IT. AND THE NEXT SEVERAL TIMES I CALLED I GOT HUNG UP ON. That in itself is the most disrespectful on all their parts and if work for me would be dismissed no questions asked.
