Aug 06,2021This has been difficult. I don’t know how to cut and paste. I can’t send a picture and ID That is clear enough. This makes me question if this is the Pa. government doing this. Also, my doctor said it would be $50. I’m surprised that it cost $199.

Aug 04,2021Spot on. Straight up legit. Veriheal was as easy as could be and delivered what it promised it would. The price is more than reasonable. The doctor was very professional and helpful. Customer service the same. I highly recommend Veriheal to provide the service you are looking for and that they promise. I'd give 10/10 if I could.

Jul 31,2021Easy and fast it’s not a scam you will get your card if you get approved by your state but Just don’t like that I got a low dose prescription now I have to make an other appointment and pay $125 more to see if I get a new prescription that sucks it’s costing me a lot

Jul 29,2021I booked and appointment, paid the fee and showed up for my appointment a few minutes early. I waited for 15 min and the doctor didn’t show up. I contacted customer service and they told me the doctor was not available and I would need to wait over a week to book another appointment. For a paid service this is unacceptable. I asked for a refund and moved on. I recommend you avoid veriheal and go with another service. Edit: I’m not sure what information you requested as your response below doesn’t ask for specific information or say how to contact you. Not sure how your response is helpful in any way.

Jul 23,2021Tried for over a week after the original consultation with the doctor, emails were not answered, phone answerers just kept repeating the same script, "we will contact the doctor", over and over. Asked for a refund, was, told "everything would be taken care of!" Finally had to contact my bank and dispute the charge, still no response! Stay away!

Jul 22,2021***Update*** I’ve provided the requested information through the trust pilot platform. I’m only on step 1 and never reached step 2 copied at the bottom of my review. I had my appointment on July 13th and still waiting on the official NJDOH document with registry ID and reference #’s… I was suppose to receive it within 48hrs of my appointment. I called after 2 days and the guy said it’s 72hrs and I will definitely have it. It’s been over a week now so I’m thinking this is a scam. I see the $209 on my credit card statement. I’ve emailed a few times and the response is “I’ll follow up with the Dr. and let you know if there’s an update.” and no other information. I called one more time hoping to speak with someone who can provide more info and she gave me an attitude and ended the call abruptly. She said she’s sending a follow up to my Dr. without asking me for my info (How is she doing that without my info?). It seems a lot of the process is riding on the Dr. and nobody can provide a real update. I’m glad I didn’t refer my friend yet because she wanted to try veriheal. I would not want to put her through the same issues I’m having which is causing more anxiety. Copied from Veriheal email: Step 2: Retrieve Your Registry ID and Reference Numbers and APply with the NJMMP Within 48 hours of your completed appointment, the doctor will email you your Attending Physician Statement, which will include your Registry ID and Reference Numbers.

Jul 18,2021I appreciate all the hard work you and your business do for us out here who have been traumitized from abuse and the only way to let the pain out while you want to scream and cry the medicine that soothes you achy painful heart to see Gods wonderful plant he made special for us to heal through his wonderous. there just needs to be the old fashioned kind like Haze and piff not all those chemicals in it God made the plant naturaly perfect just like he made his children. I am lost without smoking its how ive been able to connect to God in the darkest of time. I miss the old days when no one cared about it like its just weed . it shines the light within me and i am so close to my family who need it and we become even closer and stronger to protect those who are dear to us. I had to have 14 shock treatments because after i was gang raped i needed to forget about it but my state in the united stated only allows medical you see i really need it i ve quit smoking cigerettes because i was to live long like marijuana has. ;-D

Jul 15,2021It took the doctor almost two months to send my recommendation to my state. When I first contacted Veriheal about how long the process was taking, they said it was the states fault. When I contacted the state, they had no record of my recommendation ever being sent. After talking with Veriheal again with that new information, they got in touch with the doctor, and an hour later I had the state email. I don't think waiting almost two months for a doctor to send an email is worth $200. VERY disappointed in this service, and I won't be telling my friends to use Veriheal. EDITED TO ADD: The only way the company has "made it right" was by making the doctor send in my paperwork. That's not "making it right." That's getting the doctor to do his job. No discount, refund, the only apology was here on this review. They have ignored my follow up email reply asking for answers. Lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1 star.

Aug 08,2021It’s all good, until it isn’t. I drove 41.5 miles to the dispensary, Trulieve, in Crystal River, FL. I had everything I was told I would need. I paid for all the upgrades with Veriheal, and the lady at Trulieve pulls me aside and explains that my “Dr.” has to put “recs” on my card before I can buy anything. She explained what I needed to do, so I went to work. I called 3 times, chatted 3 times, and waited a total of 3 hours, all for nothing. The other patients, the staff, everyone there felt awful for me. I was hung up on twice, and 2/3 chats ended abruptly. I have only been this upset about anything a handful of times, and thanks to Veriheal, I just added one. Spend your money elsewhere; these people are Johnny on the spot when they’re taking your money, not so much when they make what they admitted was a “rare mistake”. They refunded all but $50 of my money, so I’m changing it to two stars, which is my way of showing forgiveness. I will eventually not feel like a fool for walking into a dispensary. 8-10-21 update. More personal info sent. They reached out to me and refunded most of my money. As such, I’m going to thank them for doing the right thing, but I am not so sure that someone without my level of education would have received the same outcome. I’m no more or less important than anyone else, and we all should be treated equally. I’m also thankful that they took my situation seriously.
