Signed up some time ago and after a few emails about details on the program here I decided to go for it - also the more than hundred radio ads I heard 😂. With the money back guarantee I figured it’s worth trying. The rep that managed the setup for me was incredibly knowledgeable and I got an appt and approved the same day!!! Did not expect that. Jun 24,2022I scheduled my appointment for my renewal, payed the fee, and joined the call. Waited 30 minutes and the doctor never showed up. I tried calling support but the agent hung up on me. Called again and got a new appointment. That’s an hour of my time wasted. We’ll see if the doctor actually shows up though. Overall, the waste of time is not worth the money. Go to a more trusted doctor who values your time EDIT: second appointment was a success. Doctor was on time and pleasant to work with.
