I had to email and communicate and with courier company and with vets-end and there was no resolution. I do not want to waste any more time. Since then I ordered similar products from different online shop

She has never been a "runny" cat and since reaching 21 years old and having CKD, is more dehydrated and has much trouble with number 2s. This stuff has worked very well, she is able to go more easily and produced healthy number 2s. Thanks Vetsend.

Oct 05,2023As a kc assured breeder I like to send off my puppies with a few things to get started with for example small 500g bag of royal canin puppy food. Not a lot of companies stock it. But vetsend do so I ordered 4 one for each puppy. It was also a good price. I will definitely be using again.

Oct 05,2023I stopped in to my local Pets at Home, and was enquiring about cat food that I could give my cat with a suspected urine infection. Another customer overheard our conversation. He respectfully directed me away from Royal Canin, and pulled up Vetsend on his phone. He was a genuine Godsend. £27 + £3.00 shipping, as opposed to £400 plus. Vetsend also have a phone number if you have any queries. AND, you speak to an actual person. Four working days, and they use Yodel for delivery who keep you constantly updated. In the UK, I can only access Struvite Dissolve through a veterinary practice. Its definitely done the trick, and smells and looks like wholesome food. Would 100% recommend Vetsend, and have even signed up to their newsletter. Bare in mind, they are based in the Nederland's. Both Barclays and my credit card provider flagged the transaction as possible fraud. Don't be perturbed. They are a genuine company. I have recommended them to anyone who will listen. Oct 02,2023I placed an order with them for zoolac paste for my dog. I have chased the company to ask about my order. They never got back to me. I have chased again last week and received a very rude reply saying contact the delivery partner we cannot do this if you report it after 5 months. Worse company ever, I will be reporting this to my credit card company too. Normally, every company would be happy to chase this for me. This company is a scam.
