The website is a 'co.uk' one so I assumed it was UK based. In fact it's in The Netherlands. I have to return two items and due to Brexit this is a major hassle with complicated forms to fill in. I think they should make it clear on the website that this is the case. I won't buy from them again. 26.09.23 - just to add that the company has now dealt with this in a very positive way.

Oct 01,2023I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience I had with your company's customer service and delivery processes. I am a loyal customer of VetSend, and it deeply saddens me to report such a negative encounter. I placed an order with VetSend, and upon realizing that the delivery address needed to be changed, I promptly contacted your customer service department. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I encountered this issue, as your website occasionally fails to provide an option for changing the delivery address. I patiently waited for my order, fully aware that the delivery process can be time-consuming. However, my disappointment began when I received my order at the wrong address, despite my efforts to rectify the situation. Upon contacting your customer service team, I was met with an unacceptably rude receptionist who attributed the error to my negligence for not double-checking the address sooner. I explained that similar incidents had occurred in the past, and the delay in the delivery process had led me to believe that the address change had been successfully processed. Following this initial exchange, I was informed that there was little that could be done at the time, and your team would contact the delivery service to redirect the parcel to the correct address or have the delivery reversed at least. I was assured that I would receive an email seeking my approval for this. However, it took two days for me to receive any communication, and when I finally did, it merely provided me with a vague delivery window, indicating that no substantial effort was made to halt the delivery and rectify the situation. As of the time of writing this complaint (October 1st), my parcel, which was supposed to have been delivered with the corrected address, remains unaccounted for. I have been provided with a tracking number, "JD0002231371028601," which suggests that my parcel is still at the depot. This further exacerbates my frustration, as it appears that no genuine efforts have been made to correct the mistake and ensure the delivery reaches the intended address. In summary, not only has VetSend failed to change my delivery address, but the subsequent handling of this issue by your customer service team and the delivery service has been deeply unsatisfactory. As a loyal customer, I expect a higher level of service and professionalism from VetSend. Additionally, I urge you to review and improve your customer service processes to prevent such issues from recurring in the future. Products were delivered wrongly and neither was the amount refunded which was around 134 pounds that's outrageous.
