Jan 05,2024I found the phone contact friendly and helpful, and unlike my experience with othew providers, the written info was prompt, clear and accurate. Costs seemed standard Of course I haven't made a claim yet, that's when you really find out how good your insurer is!!!

Jan 05,2024Haven’t had to make a claim yet, but looks like a good pet insurer that comes vet recommended. Pros are that they offer 5 weeks free and money off with the VIP membership I have at the vets.

Amazing price and when I called to check something the person on the phone was very friendly, didn’t make me feel stupid or I was being a hassle. I have and will continue to recommend Vetsure to everyone.

Dec 30,2023I was very impressed with the service I received. The young man that I dealt with was polite and professional and obviously was well informed about the insurance that he was selling. He was not pushy, gave me time to make my decision and explained in detail what I was paying for. He did not mind recapping on certain elements and explaining again what I was unsure of.

Dec 30,2023very easy to navigate and the detailed information on the different types of policy cover was in simple English and not technical gargon . which helped to choice the cover I required . and really like the 5week trial as it give you time to think if it exactly the cover you need . with out feeling rushed .or bombarded by the company trying to pressure you to make a rush decision. I would therefore recommend you to any one else looking for pet insurance cover that is hassle free.

Dec 29,2023Ok how can I say how greatfull we were to have them by our side. We had swapped to Vetsure after not liking the price hykes of another provider, and that the were connected to our Vets, when our Shepard fell very ill and there was no questiones about her treatment. It was fantastis that they paid our vets directly, without fuss. Thank You!
