Jun 07,2019My 3yrd Beagle had problems with his stomach and lungs. Blood tests and x-rays were carried out throughout the day. Two types of drugs were issued afterwards and my dog was allowed to come home that same day. It was my first claim with Vetsure and all was handle through the Vets. I paid my excess at reception and Vetsure agreed to settle the rest of the bill direct with the vets within 3 weeks of the claim. So far as it's my first claim with Vetsure it has been a smooth experience.
