Apr 27,2019Over the years of owning dogs I have had various experience of various insurance companies. Zacharias was diagnosed last year with malabsorption syndrome. Vetsure have been great and what I really like is not having to spend time chasing up bills as Vetsure do it all for me Highly recommend them

Apr 26,2019Bug has an ongoing allergy and as such has to have treatment once a month. Vetsure process and pay my claims super quick. They are always easy to communicate with and as well as being a great insurer they also show care for our beloved pets. It is stressful enough when your fur baby is ill, so have little stress with claims etc. is brilliant. Recommend 100% - Bug say thanks too....woof woof.

Apr 26,2019I have 12 dogs insured with vetsure and on the odd occasion that one of my dogs has had an accident there has been no problem in the team dealing with the policy and paying out. The best part is that it’s all on done via email/digital so no sending in paperwork etc and having to wait days for a decision or payout. Can’t praise the team at vetsure enough for their efficient , professional service that they always provide. Would 150% recommend this company to everyone and anyone the speed in which the claims are dealt with is far quicker than other insurers that I know of... To all the team my Wilf has made a surprisingly great recovery. Actually thought it was the end of the road for him but someone was definitely watching over him .. Thank guys once again from Wilf , Turkish , frog, daphne, Albert, shay,hector,Gracie, Jacob, Bob,Rita and bacon 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Apr 26,2019I've been using Vetsure for years and will continue to do so. They are small enough to be personal and really do care. Miss Cleo had a dicky tummy and I knew that Vetsure wouldn't be difficult and would sort out my claim and pay my vet asap. I've recommended them to other pet owners too.

We’ve had a couple of small claims that been dealt with swiftly and they have paid the vets direct with no issues. So far have not had to submit a claim but I have peace of mind that if something awful did happen, I have excellent cover to assist me. I have taken out a policy for my dog and cat...Kodi & Bodi!

Mar 27,2019Have only just taken out this policy and was attracted by it as significantly cheaper than the company I have used in the past albeit for slightly less coverage. This is for a mature dog I have rehomed so I do have some concerns that if anything is in her records that I am unaware of this could mean I cannot claim for certain conditions if there is a vaguest possibility that it could be linked to any future illness. Only time will tell how I feel about this policy, i.e.. when I need to make a claim

Apr 27,2019We have had a couple of claims in the 2 years we have had our dog and there has never been any issues, its been really straight forward and they are always easy to reach by phone if you have any questions about your claim or your policy. They are really helpful and explain everything clearly.
