May 24,2019I have been thoroughly impressed with the way Vetsure have dealt with my claims. I have two dogs who, as they age, are having more wrong with them. It is encouraging to know that I only have to pay one excess per condition and they deal directly with my vet and now use e-claims - no more paperwork for me always a bonus!

May 23,2019As a new cat owner with a rescue, when my cat got a UTI and was very poorly, vesture were great. The paperwork was a breeze and payment was handled quickly and efficiently. More importantly the process didn't hold up any of the treatment so George was home within days and right as rain.

Any queries are simply and professionally handled, both by email and on the phone. I did have to make a claim recently. It was processed very quickly and without fuss. Our little dog, Molly, was very poorly and had to have treatment and an operation which we most definitely would not have been able to afford. Apart from an initial excess of £69 Vetsure Insurance covered the cost of 2 Vets bills which amounted to a considerable amount of money. Throughout the entire claims process there was no fuss and no hassle. Molly is now fit and well. Thank you Vetsure!

It is never an easy time when things go wrong with a pet so knowing Vetsure is there to help makes it easier. I would recommend this company.
