Jul 10,2021I’m shocked I’m even being contacted for a review tbh. The service was shocking, there was no communication between the office and the removal men. A job that should of taken 3 hours tops took 8! I was text gone 10pm at night, who even does this! All in all would not recommend. I’d like to add that I had a three bed bungalow, however the house was already packed and just needed loading into the van but due to your miscommunication with your team they loaded things they shouldn’t have! So in all what you actually had to move were boxes from one room to the van and pack up the garage, that’s it. There were 3 men so yes the time which it took was ridiculous. No credit was ever asked for, a deposit was made and the remainder paid several days later as agreed, but again, communication between yourselves is lacking.

Jul 04,2021I’d like to thank Kass and his team for performing a minor miracle at a very tricky time in collecting my house contents with rather difficult access, Zahid and Wraith were very well-organised and extremely careful. Putting my belongings into storage then delivering a few days later, it was necessary to adapt to changing circumstances and Kass was always flexible and easy to reach, and made a special effort to unload to our new home with a specially-increased team. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional at all times. I would recommend them especially if you need that little bit extra flexibility and the willingness to go the extra mile and for a very competitive price too.

Jul 01,2021I would like to thank Kass and his team for moving us on such short notice after being let down by Tigers Removals Hull. Kass went out of his way on Friday to organise a team and trucks for the next day Saturday which was amazing in itself. The team arrived on time and packed us up quickly but carefully and were polite and respectful all the way throughout the move.Kass sent a third truck and crew through to finish the last work off - thanks gents! On top of it all their price was great having received quotes from a few movers I can attest to this! Brilliant service, attitude and speed! Would highly recommend! Thanks Kass & team! Jun 29,2021We booked Via to move us from a 3 bedroom house to a 4 bedroom house 30 miles away. They turned up when they said they would, and were extremely efficient at loading and unloading the truck, taking care with our belongings and putting them in whichever room we wanted at the other end. They were friendly, patient, and competitively priced. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Jun 20,2021Very reliable, and got on with the job just as you would want. They got our 5 bedroom house move sorted in just over 5 hours from arrival to load up to fully unpacked at new house. Very friendly, and checked at the start to get the details they needed for pack up, and then made sure that all the furniture was just where we wanted it at the other end.
