Sep 04,2021A prompt and hard working team who moved us efficiently and with care and consideration for our belongings, at either end of the journey. They were polite and patient, even when they had to wait around after an issue with getting the keys to access our new home.. Thank you Kass and your ‘lads’.

Aug 31,2021I m thankful to via removals and storage who has moved me on short notice and long way and very responsible price done my packing and dismantle and reassemble my 6 items and done disconnection my few appliances and very positive and friendly staff and brand new vans and most thing i like video survey done on what s app and it went well and job done well and guy called kass he was very polite and to the point what needed to complete the job keep it guys hard work😛😛😛😛😛🤡🤡🤡

Aug 29,2021amazing job done by kass via removals and storage i m grateful to you moving my father on short notice your staff has worked very hard however my advise is they take to many breaks like cigarettes and water and food break and on phone all the staff my be you need to speak with them and rectify this may be once again thank you kass for your polite and good wishes for my father new house

Aug 29,2021Via arrived promptly at 8am. We had a lot of stuff - a garage full, a cellar full and a full 3 bedroom house. They sent 6 workers with the two vans and got to work immediately. There was a lot of fragile stuff and they were careful with it all. They were friendly, professional and cordial throughout. We made them cups of tea and biscuits for their breaks which went down well. Once the packing was done they set off to our new home. However, once we got there we discovered the sellers had not moved out. We had to wait from 3.30pm to almost 7.00pm for them to leave which was very stressful. Via were patient and waited for the whole time despite the fact they lived 2 hours away and had a 6.00am start the following day. We bought them all a McDonalds, while we were waiting, which was well deserved.We were amazed at how calm they were and then they moved everything into the house before a cheerful goodbye. All in all a very positive experience despite everything. We would definitely use them for our next move and we would recommend these guys to everyone out there. Thanks for everything Via.

Aug 28,2021I’m disappointed to not be able to give this more than 3 stars because the lads on the day grafted hard! Really hard! However, there are a number of things that we were disappointed with. The person “in charge” (not involved with the actual move) kas - he had a terrible attitude and clearly didn’t communicate with his team very well. They turned up seeming not to know when they were here for - it was packing on the Saturday. I would tell one person the things that needed not to be packed but then another person would pack it anyway or quite often, apart from Damo, who had excellent communication, they would just pack it anyway. Instead of just asking if we wanted to dispose - they packed wet sponges and food waste which seems a weird thing to do. Was happy with the care taken on the kitchen items but some breakables in other rooms were not wrapped to the same standard. Once all packed up we then had a call with Kas who informed us the job was going to cost extra. Really frustrating as he quoted via video call so saw what was there. Wouldn’t mind paying more in the first place if they had just been honest but it felt sneaky and left us with little choice - felt like they were making the most of what is a stressful situation. Also should point out there are extra costs that they don’t tell you about in the quote - £70 per hour if they have to wait between getting the van full and unloading at the new place. Knowing this we didn’t want them to come early as we weren't expected to complete until 1pm. Kas attitude on this was to tell us he’d been moving houses for 25 years etc etched he wanted to start at 8am or earlier. We agreed to start at 9 instead of 8 and this worked out exactly right to avoid us paying extra. Move day was Monday all went well getting items from a to b - 15mins away. All looked good but since unpacking further we have seen lots of damage. Our book shelf has snapped, despite me telling them several times how to handle it, they didn’t and so it is now broken as well as having a fist sized hole where they tried to force it back together. One of the wardrobes is also now broken. Reading the small print of the contract, the insurance is a waste of money as there is a £250 excess and a long list of things it doesn’t cover. You also aren’t guaranteed to have cover but still have to pay the £250. The contract document itself is riddled with inaccuracies and just feels like a long list of exclusions. I’ll spend the £250 towards buying new than the pain of going through that process which I suppose is what they rely on. All in all we were happy with the effort but less so on the outcome. 5 stars for hard work to the lads. 3 stars are for the company itself and for some of the damage caused.

Aug 20,2021Amazing service provided by kass over the phone he done video call on what app and looked my belonging s and quoted me price which was very cheap comparing to others firms I moved from 5 bedrooms house to 6 bedrooms house I was quoted from others company's like £2700 and via removals did it for £1900 first I thought never heard about them and others firm quoting around way above this via removals however kassel said have a faith and do not pay if you are not happy but its turned out brilliant and good removals firm i ever had I have moved few times but this time was strussfree move thank you to kassel and his team I m sorry I could not review your early if I move again I will call you guys first and keep going hard work 😀

Aug 19,2021Excellent work by Damo and his team of three men in moving a piano up a tricky set of stairs, which went back and forth, up to a first floor flat. It was a tough job which another removal company couldn’t do. They managed it outstandingly and with professional care. We will look to use Via for our next move
