Jan 07,2021One star is too good for the people who run this company. Man and van booked and agreed price of £120 for 2 hours. The removal guy was perfect arrived on time and made sure we finished on time. After the job was finished within the 2 hours tho the guy who pretends to run the company tried to get an extra £60 for the driver to return back home ???. Like that was ever going to happen. They are the most ignorant people I've ever met. Won't reply to texts or emails. Save your money and use other man and vans that offer better customer service.

Dec 17,2020Just completed a move for my son and his kids from Bingley to Bolton, and have to record a superb day's work by this crew! Despite being beset by a broken down vehicle, and all others being on other bookings, l received regular updates through the day, promising 'We WILL get your move completed today'. With an initial team of two, rising to 6-8 as manpower became available, the move was completed by their team with remarkable good grace, consudering some had started at 6am! I would recommend these guys who went above and beyond for us!

Aug 21,2020Turned up 30 minutes late wanting me to sign and pay before they started work. Three men spoke little english, took four long cigarette and chat breaks. Took six hours to do two to three hours work. Boss tried to make me pay one hundred pounds more than agreed. Made false claims in phone calls to me telling me I lied about how many bedrooms I had and provided no inventory. The men threatened to return all my furniture into old address so I told them to come out of my home. When I proved the boss wrong with screenshots of my correspondence with him, he apologised and blamed some man (dave) I'd never heard of. Very stressful day, brought me and my daughter to tears. Never experienced such terrible service. The one thing that needed taking apart- my kitchen table- they asked me to do and so I left it behind. kass the manager is an opportunist con man and not capable of doing business professionally hence these characters 'dave' and 'bob'. The movers were friendly once theyd been paid. I lived on the first and second floor of a small masonette and moved to a second floor three bed flat. I dealt very clearly and directly with this company (kass the manager by email and phone) as I do with all businesses and never once attempted to confuse the process- it is stressful enough for me already! 'Bobs' response is dishonest. I hope the three movers got all the money I paid cause the boss deserves nothing. I see they've now made a clear easy to use web page so that's a vast improvement. I hope no one has an experience like I have and the company has learned from my feedback. All the best truly.

Feb 12,2020I used removal comparison web site for details and prices etc.Ever since I have been bombarded with emails and texts from this company trying to buy my custom.I won’t deal with firms like this who pester potential customers.If I want to use you I will contact YOU.The fact you are doing this rings alarm bells and I avoid any firm that uses this approach.

Jul 03,2019Terrible company, just 3 Asian blokes whose command of the English language was very poor so therefore communications were more stressful than necessary. Stood about smoking, talked constantly in a language I could not understand needed me to point out how to get stuff into rooms. Really made the whole experience a lot more stressful than it should have been, please avoid and go elsewhere.

Mar 14,2019Spoke to kes at via removals, decided to go ahead with the quote, was cheaper than the prior quote. I was really impressed by the time it took to remove all goods and moved to our new home. One wardrobe was reassembled. Yes it won't be the same as before but was really impressed by the professionalism, the attitude, the smiley faces, the promptness. Well done guys.

Feb 15,2019Worst removals company ever! We paid just shy of £500 and we wished we'd have just hired a van and done it ourselves. On our completion day they turned up late, refused to move a piece of furniture (which resulted in myself having to hack a vintage wardrobe to pieces with an axe), constantly put pressure on myself and my wife (who is 6 months pregnant!) to pay more money (in cash surprise surprise) despite the fact we had a full job quoted for, they put our removals boxes on the snow so boxes ripped and our items were damp, the chaps were rude to my father in law and a final nail in the coffin was that they put all of our marked up boxes (bedrooms, bathrooms etc) into the kitchen and then drove off. Leaving myself and my father in law the job of moving everything into the appropriate room. Complained to the management company throughout the day and again once the job had been 'completed' and the incomprehensible rubbish we received back was laughable. They weren't the cheapest but they are surely the most incompetent. Made an already stressful day a million times worse. Don't waste your money!

Sep 01,2018We had a smaller van than quoted and charged double. The customer service was abismal, the staff rude and unhelpful. Damage to goods and property with no compensation and a complete run around. I would not recommend anyone use this company. Evidence upon request. tried to get their insurance details but no luck, still pursuing them a year later. In reply to your reply kas and you complaint to trustpilot that we mentioned certain aspects of this review I will change the wording. People that use via removals need to check the companies insurance policies (liability and goods) I would also double check the companies addresses physically as they are not the same in real life as they are on the web sites. I would definitely not recommended this company, even to my worst enemy. I am still have problems with this company over a year after using their services. I think it's disgraceful that trust pilot will not allow a full and proper account of our dealings with this company. As via removals reply to my review beared no resemblance to my experience and must have been another unhappy customer they thought they were answering.

Apr 18,2018Would definitely recommend. Kass is the guy i spoke to on the phone and i must say he was very helpful with any questions i had and provided me with a lot of information and options. It was a quick and easy move with the members being professional and efficient.

Mar 05,2018Absolutely disgusted with this company. Had to arrange 5 times my furniture removals because they dumped us every single time. Once they came to my place to reassemble the furniture - which they chipped and bumped on everywhere on their way here - they left us with no room complete and said they would come back the following day (which of course didn't happen). This got even worse when they overwhelmed me with calls and text to procrastinate the job. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone as it is just a waste of money. And for the record I still haven't got my furniture reassembled.
