May 02,2021I have a sofa that won’t fit up my stairs, and was being quoted £850-1200+ but other companies to lift it over a balcony using a furniture hoist. One of the companies kindly suggested I might have more luck with a good removals company who do balcony moves. Via answered me straight away, Kass and his colleagues were very communicative and helpful. They had the sofa up in 10 minutes I was shocked! All other companies led me to believe it was difficult/impossible. You can tell these guys know what they’re doing. I’d definitely recommend them in future for all difficult moves. Thank you so much guys!

Mar 31,2021Great experience from start to finish. Kass did a comprehensive quote via video link and the 3 guys worked hard and carefully all through the day, and with good humour. They helped make a stressful day a little easier! I would happily use them again.

Mar 31,2021I was extremely pleased with the work when Via moved us on 4th March. The company provided 3 workers who arrived in good time in the morning and by 4:30 in the afternoon, everything was finished. The men all worked very hard with only a few comfort breaks. With the amount of items we had to move from our 3 bed, I was impressed. Would highly recommend.

Mar 31,2021These guys have moved me twice now at a few days notice, while other companies were booked up for weeks. I was really happy with the service and they worked really hard. Hopefully I don't have to move again but if I do, I would definitely use them again. Reasonable price for the job. I definitely recommend them. Thanks.

Feb 26,2021Used the by the hour service from VIA and was very happy. What is always a stressful time, that was even more stressful in our case was made all the easier by the VIA guys. They worked quickly and very hard without complaint. The only thing you need to watch out for is that they know where you are moving to and can find the house. Bit tricky in our case and they were lost for half an hour to 45 minutes, which of course you pay for... Apart from this it was a first class service and I have no complaints!

Feb 25,2021My mum and dad moved house to be closer to the rest of the family in the middle of lockdown during the COVID pandemic. Via removals were excellent. Kass called and organised 3 men and a large van who arrived promptly at the time we asked them too. They worked extremely hard, taking only a few short breaks inbetween particularly heavy items (we had a grand piano which was remarkably heavy). Although we did not ask them to assist with putting things back together, they realised we would not be able to put the piano back without help and offered their assistance. They truly went above and beyond to make the entire move experience trouble free. We particularly appreciate this as my father is very frail and vulnerable. They were careful around him and were conscious of his needs. I cannot rate them highly enough. The price was a bargain.
