Sep 17,2019Ordered the items on a Thursday and they were delivered on the following Monday by Courier. I was in but there was no tracking available other than an email on Friday stating that the goods had been dispatched from Vickers warehouse. I did receive a quick reply to an email saying that I should receive the goods on the Monday. The delivery driver was very helpful and the goods were very well packed. I am very happy with my purchase and would have given 5 stars if the delivery information had been better. I would certainly purchase from them again.

I ordered this item, but received a telephone call from the company to tell me the only one they had left was a display model with a query about if this would be suitable. I immediately agreed to this and the item arrived via DHL 24 hours later. I am delighted both with the product and the customer care shown by this company.

Aug 12,2019I was after a Marantz unit that's been around a few years. Marantz are replacing it with a new model that's twice the price, but doesn't really do anything more (that I will ever need). Vickers appeared to be the only reputable company who still had it.I ordered, at a good price, and they delivered the next day, so you can't ask for more than that. It's an excellent piece of kit too.
