Jul 08,2022Our stay was amazing! The house had everything you could need (aside from food, of course). Our kids were thoroughly entertained, and the adults were as well. We didn't have to leave the house at all. We did have a few minor things that weren't working (all having to do with entertainment things) upon arrival, but they were quick to fix them. Also, there was an abundance of pool towels which was very appreciated by the 12 children that spent most of their days in the pools. Even though the properties are right next to others, we never felt like we had people around us. We even had a good wildlife showing outside of the screened in back porch. Highly recommend, and will be returning myself.

Jul 07,2022We had a wonderful stay at Villatel Village and can’t wait to go back! One of our first days there, we realized a bathroom was leaking and we didn’t have a remote for one of the fans in a bedroom. They sent someone out ASAP to check both situations for us. The house was great, spacious and clean!

Jul 06,2022The house was beautiful and perfect for our large family vacation. There were several items that were not working correctly when we arrived, but they did replace/fix them all within a day or two. The clubhouse was way too crowded, but we were plenty entertained at the house so it was fine. We waited in traffic for an hour at check in because they don’t have a great system for checking people in. That was a hassle. Parking for that many people was not ideal. Overall I would stay here again if I needed to house several people, I’d just know certain things to expect (like don’t check in until later in the evening).

Jul 06,2022We loved the stay and I was ready to refer to others until I removed that bedding upon checkout. The fitted sheet over the mattress was disgusting. This was proof that the cleaners did not properly clean the room and cut corners. I sent photos to the email address and the credit card was credited $150 for the inconvenience. From this day forward, I will always strip the bed and request clean sheets from housekeeping when I arrive at any hotel room. Hopefully this was the negligence of one person on staff and not a regular occurrence or the stress of low employment numbers. I've heard of people traveling with their own sheets so they don't have to be concerned with occurrences like this and this was a lesson learned for me. Would I return, yes. The one issue the others had was that the carpet needed cleaning. We had lots of fun on this property.

Jul 05,2022We stayed at the Musical Manor in Villatel. It was so wonderful for our group of volleyball teammates and families. We really enjoyed the arcade game room and karaoke area! Each family loved having their own space and bathroom! Villatel was so quick to respond to questions and or any items that needed addressed (minimal) and the staff was super kind and helpful! I would 100% stay with Villatel and this home again!

Jul 01,2022Overall, the house was super! We had a team and parents staying. Kids enjoyed all the things to do and the space to gather was great. The downside was the kitchen. With this many people, we had purchased groceries and intended to cook. However, only two burners on the cooktop worked and there were no cooking basics. For instance, there wasn't a can opener, no pitcher, one spatula, no baking sheets, no mixer, and minimal pots and pans and no kitchen towels. The other drawback as others have mentioned is trying to enter the complex. We literally had to wait in line for 30 minutes one evening and it was a traffic hazard on the road with so many people waiting and others trying to cut in. They really

Jun 30,2022Our first family vacation to Orlando was Amazing! Our stay at Villatel was such an awesome experience. The home was beautiful. It was enough space to accommodate our family of 15. The kids enjoyed the game room, pool and theatre. The adults gathered around the spacious kitchen to chat after a long day at Disney. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the home and all that it offered. We also like the idea of any food we left behind was given to a pantry. Garage pick up daily was an added plus. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.

Jun 29,2022Our house and resort was exactly like the pictures showed. The kids loved all the extras (game room, movie theater, themed bedrooms, etc.). A couple of little things should have been repaired (burnt out light bulbs, dryer didn't work very well, touch up paint, cabinet door hinge needed tightening). Overall, very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Jul 08,2022AMAZING house, very spacious, plenty of entertainment for 4 generation family. All rooms were spacious and had their own bathrooms so no one was displeased because they didn't get the master bedroom. Plenty of pool chairs to have all 28 of us out enjoying time swimming, playing ping pong, basketball, putt putt, and hanging in the hot tub. The living room had seating for large get togethers and wasn't everyone trying to sit on an L shaped couch. Plenty of space for eating, including high chairs. The opportunities for improvement: There were several issues with the multiple games but they were very prompt to get them fixed. They need different shower heads as all showers felt like needles stabbing you. The line of cars to get on the resort was ridiculously long and the resort pool was always at capacity.
