May 28,2021This was our second trip to a Villatel Property. Our first trip was AMAZING, the house was spotless, everything was wonderful. So we booked again. We were planning to come quarterly, because we loved it. First, we walked right into the house. The front door was not only unlocked, but ajar. So I immediately went to check the back door and again- open! The lock was completely broken. So I called Jeeves and they sent someone out to fix it at 11pm. How scary that we had kids staying in a house that didn’t lock!! And no one told us it didn’t lock, we had to find out on our own. Terrifying. Next, upon going into the home, it was filthy. Not only filthy, but there is no way it was cleaned before our arrival. There were no “wraps” on any of the toilets like there was last time. There was something red spilled on the floor. One of the toilets was absolutely disgusting and not flushed 🤢 There was a used rusty razor on the floor of a shower. Most of the showers had mold and mildew and soap scum all over them. Used Bars of soap on most of the windows of the showers. The movie theater had stacks of garbage shoved behind the water heater. It smells SO bad, someone spilled what looks like bbq or ketchup all over 2 of the seats and it was a sticky mess. We were unable to use the theater due to the condition. The arcade had used Popsicle sticks stuck to the machines. I cannot express to you, how gross, sticky and smelly the house was. This was a radically different experience from our February trip. I almost have no words to properly express our disgust and disappointment with this house and our stay. At this price point, you don’t expect things like this to happen. Hopefully our house was just skipped or forgotten to be cleaned before our arrival, and this is not the norm. Because how awful if someone actually claimed they “cleaned” it 🤢 Regardless, we will not be renting from Villatel again. We were very uncomfortable the whole 8 days.

May 28,2021This trip was a graduation celebration for our baby boy graduation 1st time @Disney World The Home was the iceing on the cake it was absolutely beautiful. very clean and even better looking than the pictures portrayed.convient location to everything. The pool and game room was a big hit for everyone. On top all of that there were tons of fun to explore on the resort it self.we will definitely be visiting here again.

May 21,2021“Wow!” is the only statement we’ve been able to use to describe our stay at Villatel. The house was immaculately clean and smelled really fresh! Not only does the home have plenty of bedrooms but each one is spacious. The house was well stocked with towels and beach towels which we didn’t expect. In the days leading up to the trip, we called the property a few times with questions and each time the customer service team was really helpful and efficient with getting our questions answered. We’re already planning to return within the year and have all agreed that a few days extra days will be added.

May 17,2021I would like to have given this house 5 stars but unfortunately I can not. Upon arrival we were informed that we could not check in until 5:30pm because the previous guest refused to leave. No compensation was offered for our inconvenience. From the first day we checked in I found multiple items broken that were either never repaired or repaired on our last day. We paid for pool heat and never got it. I called everyday stating my pool was cold. I was told over and over again that the pool temp was 85 degrees, it wasn't until the pool read 113 degrees did someone finally come look at it and discovered something was indeed wrong with the heater. This was fixed on the night before we were scheduled to leave. Both dishwashers were broken as well as the garbage disposal and movie projector. We also paid for a stroller which we never received and and I have not been reimbursed the money as of yet. Having to call Jeeves or Villatel everyday was extrememely frustrating and took away from family time. Overall the home is lovely but the maintenance sucks!

May 11,2021All in all, this house exceeded expectations. There were little hiccups but they were either minor or addressed fairly quickly. I discovered most the vents closed throughout the upstairs, which caused the first night to be uncomfortably hot but it was fine once I used a pool stick to open them (the ceilings are HIGH), the kids room is missing Jack-Jack and the led light was flickering and burned out but maintenance took care of it the 2nd day. Otherwise, the home went above our party of 11’s expectations. The theater room is great and definitely wasn’t done cheaply, the arcade room was amazing to have in-house, the beds were comfortable, the pool was clean, etc. All of these amenities and it came out to less than we would have spent on even a cheap hotel each. Only negative is the location is a bit further than we’ve stayed before but we’ll worth the extra 5-10 minutes on your drive to the parks. Will definitely be back! Thanks, Villatel!

May 09,2021This place is awesome and the process to reserve it was very straightforward. I only had one gripe. The maid was a total douche. We was in our cars at 10. I went to the store to retrieve extra trashbag to actually help her. I didnt want to leave the extra trash we had unbagged. Nor such a nice house untidy. She was very unprofessional.

May 08,2021A lot of the things wasn’t working. The game room wasn’t working. I paid extra for the heated pool and that didn’t work the first night. We couldn’t enjoy the movie room because there was no hdmi cord. I can say they did send someone to come fix the broken things right away so I appreciate that. The last night of our stay our car was towed even though we was only told to place the pink paper in the window. There was no other available parking near our rental..no one told us we couldn’t park on the street they said the pink paper is for over night parking. I had to spend 207$ to get my car for a rule that was not told to me or my guest. There was parking on the street all weekend but the last night we get towed. Also there was a rude lady who yelled at my brothers because they wasn’t driving with the pink paper in the window. I didn’t know that was a rule either we take the paper out the window to drive, the house was beautiful but the things we had to go through was horrible.

May 02,2021Very nice house. Everything was very elegant, up to date and in a very convenient neighborhood. We didn’t have to leave at all. A lot for the kids and adults to do to stay busy. I give the Main bedroom a 10/10. The only thing that wasn’t great was the communication. We paid a few days to get the pool heated (which should have been included in fees) Pool never heated for us and they never called us back after several attempts on reach them. Also never came to property to fix issue. And will not refund us money. Highly disappointed in that.

Apr 29,2021This was perfect for a 3 Families (10 people). There was plenty of space for all. The Villatel team was quick to reply to our questions/concerns and take care of any issues we had. The pool and spa were great to come home to after long days out.

Apr 23,2021The house had alot of things that were broken an not working the air barely works on the second floor the pool was suppose to be clean while i was there they ppl never showed the internet pops in an out u have no phone signal at all then the management company has ppl come out that has the nastiest attitudes I've ever seen i think for the money i spent for 6 days in this house shouldve been better Accommodation i will never use them again

Apr 21,2021Just what the doctor ordered.... at least for our family anyway. Because of the pandemic my kids were in need of some needed R&R and this house had it all. I rent home like this at least twice a year and this one has been the best. From booking to leaving everything was prompt and awesome. My wife loved the design of the home and obviously the kids loved the rest. Truly a top notch home !!!!

Mar 26,2021Overall a great house to stay in with a few small hiccups. We had early check in and our door code did not work when we got there. We had to call and have someone let us in and a new door code was provided after a couple of hours. The projector in the theater room needed a new bulb but someone came by and reset it so we could use it. The theater room also smelled of smoke from a previous guest. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone (group of 11). The kids really enjoyed the pool, ski ball, and other games. The adults really liked the large scrabble board. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking as we cooked a lot of meals. Only complaint there is the electric stove was very inconsistent and slow. The oven was also very weak. The resort area was great and had lots of offerings as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house and Villatel to anyone. We would stay with them again and will look for more of their properties in the future.

Mar 22,2021This place is awesome! beside the normal wear and tear with a rental, this place exceeded our expectations! We will be back next year. The management was super responsive and friendly. Tons of silverwear, plates, cups, etc. Even enough pool towels for everyone.

May 28,2021This place was lovely, but had a lot of problems, the tile on the floor was very slippery when wet in kitchen and in from the pool. This tile is wall tile not floor tile. Some of the carpets were soiled and to your credit, you had them cleaned while we were there. The pool was dirty together with the pool deck. You had the pool cleaned and it was not done by a professional, it was not vacuumed and there was still dirt and spots in the pool after it was cleaned. The pool deck was washed and it appears that it needs painting badly. He sprayed the stuffed furniture and it was wet for three days so if you sat on it you ended up very wet. The carpet in the living room was curled up and I almost tripped twice, however one of our family took a bad fall and we re-arranged the furniture to cover the two rolled up edges. It was difficult navigating the media room with the dark blue carpet and it was difficult with the step down onto the same color carpet. This could be a problem for tripping. The stove in the kitchen was antiquated, and looks like it is very old and has been replaced. We are all good cooks in our family so we used it a lot and the oven was dirty. The dryer back splash or what ever it is, is falling off. There were no hand rails in the pool and the spa. I have a pool here in Florida and this is a must. Our neighbors were loud and unruly and were smoking marijuana. There was a "Party Bus" (that is what it said) outside and tons of people all over the street. It appears that your site here is not for us. I felt like I was in the city with all the noise and commotion. It is a terrible shame that a newly constructed home was so poorly taken care of. We stayed with you in early February of 2020 and we had an eight bedroom home by Villatel which was also Solenta. It was lovely and we had no complaints, that is why we booked with you again. Is it just this particular development or are all your homes going to pot? We would never go there again. I will admit that Coreen was very helpful and gracious she even made sure that the filters on the refrigerators were changed for us as they keep binging every time we got ice or water. I don't want to be mean, but I think that you should know all this stuff. It appears that you have a lot invested in these homes. Maybe be more careful to whom you rent them. Priscilla Teitenberg
