Jul 31,2022My family and I really enjoyed the accommodations. We had some small issues in the begining which we anticpated but Villatel and its team was awesome and took care of everything. They were responsive and prompt. If any thing could have been better a bigger refrigerator or extra one would be nice. With a house full of 15 people the fridge gets filled quick. Overall next trip we'll be staying with Villatel again.

Jul 28,2022Beautiful home with great amenities. I especially loved the private pool and private bathrooms each room offered. The only negative was the cooling system. It was a little too cool at times for me and I wished the bedroom had a thermostat so the temperature could be adjusted to my liking. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again and recommend others to stay.

Only issue was that our check in time was held back two hours which was a bummer but we enjoyed our 7 day stay and wouldn’t have picked anywhere else. The house was huge and everyone was so comfortable with all the space. There was more than enough amenities to enjoy on sight!

Jul 27,2022Great for family. The villa we stayed at had activities for the kids and adults (such as a pool in the backyard, ping pong, billiards, arcade room, movie theatre, casino room) also loved the modern style and decor.

Jul 26,2022Great house. Very clean and full of everything you could want to entertain yourselves. Great spot for family reunions and everything you need is right there. The design is awesome. Be prepared for long lines at check in and a very busy community center (we didn't get in; it was at capacity so we went back to villa). We had a great time and def recommend!

Not to mention, the kitchen was well equipped, Even when we encountered small issues here and there, Villatel was quick to respond and fix the problems. We will proudly book with Villatel again when we return to Orlando.
