Mar 13,2024I have no words to describe my experience with this company. From following them on Facebook as I liked their quirky style, to trying to visit every month just to view their amazing merchandise. My first vist was a life changer. Having spent months viewing all the high street furniture manufacturers and not finding anything, I ended up wanting everything in store. Even now, with a new sofa, chair, mirror and rugs, I am visiting again on the 20th. My husband is quite anxious as I will probably come home with more gorgeous items, that I will insist we need! Cushions are top of my list right now. Having spent 20 years with my husbands old leather brown sofa, I have now got a lovely colourful living room with the Marnie in deep blue, and a lovely plum coloured chair. My white sheepskin rug complements our brown leather footstool and has saved us money as we were going to reupholster it! More money to spend there, inspiration taken from the lovely displays at the mill. Customer service is second to none, you are never rushed to make a decision, along with the fact that no request is too much with regards to design, fabric and delivery times. And you get coffee and cake to boot! Going on the 20th with my friend who buys a sofa every two years and has never been, I have warned her husband in advance! Hoping to spend a lovely day, viewing the wonderful items and hopefully come away with something I will treasure for years to come. Amazing, wonderful and quite frankly brilliant value for money. I will never go anywhere else for household furniture!

Helpful phone salesperson and very happy with the size ,material, and colour of the sofa and the quality exceeded my expectations . All round very happy with service and goods thank you

Mar 11,2024I’m really happy with my new sofa (pink 4 seater Albert). It looks amazing and is very comfortable too. I ordered it online and had lots of questions as I wasn’t able to see it in the showroom but George was really helpful and answered everything I needed to know. Delivery was very quick as well. Very happy. Would definitely use Vintage Sofas again.

Mar 11,2024My shopping experience at Vintage Sofa Co was truly incredible. The entire team are simply faultless in their approach to customer service and satisfaction. The showroom has to be seen to be believed- the website pictures do not do this amazing place justice!! I ordered a stunning Marnie sofa and loveseat, which was delivered 6 weeks later. I have to say that the delivery service was also exceptional. The 2 man crew were punctual, friendly and extremely professional. Everything was immaculate, well packed and extremely well built. The crew put everything in place and removed all packing materials with a smile on their faces - and mine was their ninth delivery of the day! Thanks to Vintage Sofa Co for providing such rare, outstanding service and quality. I will certainly return.

Mar 06,2024Ordered online, team were very responsive and helpful. Package arrived as agreed and the sofa and footstool I purchased are beautiful. I thought the orange would be slightly brighter as it is actually closer to a rust colour, but it still works well.

Mar 02,2024I bought the Howard cuddle chair in Olive. Beautiful chair, great price. They had one in stock, so delivery was within a week. The service was great. All my questions answered swiftly online. I was apprehensive about spending so much on a chair I'd not actually seen, but need not have been. The delivery company that they use are efficient and courteous, they kept in touch, updating with delivery times.

Feb 29,2024What an absolutely beautiful showroom. We decided on a weekend trip to see the sofa I’d found on line. We were greeted by the lovely owner and wonderful staff who offered us coffee and cake, showed us around then left us to wander ourselves. I ordered the beautiful sofa (even lovelier now) as well as other furniture, a gorgeous lamp and candle holders. The furniture was delivered less than three weeks later and I’m over the moon. I would highly recommend Vintage Sofa Company.

Feb 29,2024I have previously bought a sofa and armchair from The Vintage Sofa Company and was impressed with the quality and the ease of purchase/delivery. I live too far away to physically go to the store but I like to keep an eye on their new stock as they have lovely quirky things. On one of their Facebook live broadcasts I spotted a fake palm tree which just looked fabulous. My purchase was dealt with via messenger but I could have called them, as I had in the past. Every member of staff that has dealt with me has been so polite and helpful and it feels like you’re dealing with a family member rather than a business. My palm tree arrived, so well packaged and delivery costs were really reasonable. The quality is great, everyone has to touch it to see if it’s real. I normally like to physically see things before I buy them but I have bought everything directly from the website and been really pleased with the quality.

Feb 24,2024We travelled 5 and a half hours from Surrey to Yorkshire to buy furniture, lighting, a Persian rug and quirky accessories as we had seen the fantastic collection on their website. After contacting them by phone to ask a few questions we found them extremely helpful and friendly and decided it was worth the journey to go and visit the showroom. Based in an old mill it is the perfect setting and size for the vast selection of predominantly sofas but other complimentary accessories. Boy, was it worth it. We literally spent a whole day trying out all the sofas which was so important in our decision making. Our salesgirl Georgie was incredibly helpful and friendly with just the right amount of attention and advice. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly and we had such a lovely day, with plenty of cups of tea and cake. We came away totally happy with our choices knowing we were never rushed or pushed into making a quick decision. A wonderful family business with the most amazing customer service. Highly recommended
