Jul 29,2024I'm living a nightmare! Ordered a T-Shirt on June 8th. After about three weeks I started asking where the order to my parent's house is. From that point on I never got any help from these people at all. They stated that it was delivered, but in fact was not. Since then, I've been requesting them to follow up with their shipping company, (DHL), and also get me all the records on this order so I can ascertain what happened. But even after 4 weeks they have refused to do that, they told me to inquire with DHL, UNBELIEVEABLE!! However, I tried contacting DHL, but the ROBO REP requests a shipping number that I don't have, Viralstyle has it. My advice to you is to stay away from these people, they are not a reputable company.

Jul 28,2024je me suis laissé tenter le 7 juillet et je viens de le recevoir aujourd'hui, comme je le craignais après avoir lu des avis bien après la commande, comme c'est expédié des USA, j'ai du payer 9 euros de taxe à la poste. 😟 De plus pour l'instant j'ai fait une réclamation auprès de ma banque du fait que le montant débité ne correspondait pas au montant sur le "bon de commande" avec des frais de change. Je crains que d'ici quelque temps la différence qui m'a été remboursé va se redébiter. Le tee-shirt est 100% coton heureusement, la taille est comme prévu à la commande. Le risque c'est à la durée de vie de la photo des 5 musiciens du Groupe qui est un transfert sur tissus. C'est certain que c'est une photo montage, comme pour David Gilmour sur la pub. Depuis, je suis innondé de proposition de tee-short Pink FLoyd😟 Info complémentaire, la durée limite de commande est toujours à 3 jours... Pour mon prochain achat de tee-shirt Pink Floyd, je ne cliquerai plus sur un lien Facebook ! A fuir.

Jul 26,2024AVOID AT ALL COST I ordered a printed beach towel which took over two months to arrive. Despite numerous emails to them, I never got a single response. When the item arrived, the quality was so bad and it didnt even remotely resemble what i ordered and I threw it straight in the trash. I've requested a refund but I won't hold my breath.

Jul 25,2024He comprado una camiseta de Helluva Boss, me ha llegado, pero no solo he tenido que pagar 8€ de aduanas por ella, sino que la calidad de impresión de la ilustración es espantosa. Le faltan trozos de colores y parece como si hubieran retocado la imagen con Paint e impresa tal cual. Hay restos de color alrededor de las líneas y luce horrible, imposible ponérsela. Entre el precio de la camiseta, los gastos de envío y aduanas me ha costado más de 40€ y no vale ni 5€. NADA recomendable.

Jul 25,2024I ordered a t shirt one month ago. It was not at all clear at the time of ordering that I would be dispatched from the USA. There is still no sign of it, only a fob off from their customer disservice department saying "it is on its way". UPS say that it is in transit but refuse to look for it although it has apparently been with them for 15 days. Dreadful service all round

Jul 20,2024Order a poster on June 11th with the estimation it would ship on June 24th. On June 28th I contacted the company and was told they had a delay in production and it would not arrive on time. I asked about an update as to when I could expect and was given the option to cancel my order instead. I waited until July 16th to contact the company again about a status on my order and was sent a screenshot of the message offering me to cancel my order. I explained I didn’t want to cancel the order but to simply get an update as to when I could expect my order. I stated also that not trying to resolve the issue and simply giving me my money back was a poor way to retain customers. The customer service representative I was speaking with throughout instead sent a message stating “what more would you like us to do?” And accusing me of trying to embarrassing the company. At this point I realized this company was not only never going to fulfill my order but also conducts itself extremely unprofessionally. I will never order from Viralstyle again and suggest anyone considering to do so rethink it.

Jul 13,2024The shirt is a cheap swap meet bootleg. It has the typical weird bootleg fit and the graphics are blurry because they were stolen from a tiny picture online. I wanted the shirt for an event three weeks out and it took a month to get it. Avoid Viralstyle at all costs...I definately feel ripped off.

Jul 10,2024DOE GEEN ZAKEN MET VIRALATYLE! Na order van een T-shirt met bedrukking, gaat alles prima todat je hebt betaald. Nog 1 melding dat het shirt bedrukt is en levering na weken (!). Daarna wordt het stil. Na de levertijd mail gestuurd wat de status is en of een tracking beschikbaar is. Antwoord : we hebben je mail ontvangen en wordt beoordeeld door het supportteam (?). Dan hoor je niets meer... Weer mail gestuurd omdat de order zelf nog op status order ontvangen staat. Geen reactie. Geld kwijt? Dus: Geen zaken doen!

Jul 09,2024I've only given them a 1* because I can't give them a 0. I ordered some t-shirts and tried to cancel them as when I looked closely they looked tacky. No response to cancellation. Just arrived and they are horrible, just like something out of a 1970's timewarp. Tacky plastic printing. No confirmation email just a paypal email to say they'd taken the payment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Jul 05,2024Ich habe zwei Monate oder länger gewartet, nichts kam an, dann habe ich sie angeschrieben, das ich mein Geld zurück will und sie haben es zurück geschickt ohne zu zögern, hätte bei den ganzen anderen Bewertungen nicht gedacht das die überhaupt antworten und bin sehr überrascht im positiven Sinne und sehr zufrieden raus gekommen, vielen Dank an den guten Support, aber Vitalstyle trotzdem werde ich da nie wieder Bestellen 👍🏼 aber wie gesagt bei mir super Support 👍🏼 Danke

Jul 31,2024Wish I can find them a zero. Never received my item and wrote them numerous times. PayPal had to get involved and finally refunded my account.
