Jun 29,2024Viral style and Cindy Robertson have stolen the new logo owned by our movement and is monetizing from it. Several attempts to contact has resulted in them blocking us. They are not reputable and intact are thieves. Do not trust them.

Jun 28,2024Ordered and paid in full. Received a message saying that my shirts were being printed. Two weeks later - having not received shipping information - I emailed asking when my item would ship. After another couple of days, I was told that there were production delays but that it should be "shipping soon." After asking to cancel the order, I receivied a response telling me that they would provide a refund if there wasn't progress in 3 weeks. This isn't even a business... whatever it is, it's a group that is as incompetent as it is unethical. I got to chat via email with Mel Cedro who is the most argumentative, lying customer service agent you'll ever find. AVOID THIS SCAM BUSINESS

Jun 20,2024Dual Damage Shirt besteld. Levering 5 weken, en nog bij de verkeerde afleveren ook. Shirt is bedrukt door een stelletje debielen, Bedrukking zit scheef en zitten allemaal luchtbellen onder, ook de zijkanten niet goed bedrukt. Als je ook - sterren had kunnen geven had ik dat zeker gedaan

Jun 18,2024What went wrong this time? This time should not even be asked in a question from a company. This is saying that you admit to having problems before which is not good. I had ordered four (4) t-shirts and paid $114.01 for these shirts. I received two. One of them was the wrong size. I do not know where my other shirts are, nor have this company return any of my emails attempts to try and fix this order. How can this company improve? This company needs to be more aware of its customers and their complaints should there be any. Like I said before, no one has returned my emails to try and make this issue correct. Why isn't there someone to actually talk with? Why can't you return emails or try and make your company better by doing what is right? You are quick to take the money, but afterwards, you're ghosted. I believe I have been as honest and helpful as I could be under the Circumstances. If anyone knows how to get in touch with this place so I can get my order corrected, please let me know. Thank you.

Jun 07,2024First off I ordered two shirts in one order. Viralstyle sent these shirts as two separate packages, instead of in the same one. This led to me having to pay toll fees twice (10 dollars per package). I received the first package around 2024.06.01, and the second one today, 2024.06.07. The shipping in itself was quite fast, although the quality of the print is very bad. It looks very low res, and all the fine details are smudged. I do not recommend, seeing as a company that makes their living from printing t-shirts apparently can't even do that right. Waste of time and money. Although, as I said, quite quick shipping.

May 30,2024Bought a T-shirt from them that was advertised at $38. At checkout, it was suddenly $50. I was shocked - they snuck the shipping in without the opportunity to confirm. It's been more than 2 weeks since I ordered it and it sill hasn't arrived. Will never buy from them again

May 26,2024Giving them a “1” is not low enough. I ordered a t-shirt that did not fit. They will not exchange for larger size. I was told to handle internally. What/where/who do I contact internally? I have a $35 t-shirt that I cannot wear. It was in honor of USC girls basketball championship. I doubt Dawn Staley would be endorsing the shirt if she knew how Gamecock fans are really upset about this. Their policy about exchanges is buried under mounds of information regarding order. I’m not going to read 5 pages to order something. If I had caught it, I wouldn’t be out $35.00 as I would never order it.

May 20,2024Tees and hoodies run small and the graphics are extremely light. The quality of products come from bulk buy and sold at a premire price. I thought for the price I was going to get great products and that was not the case. Thecustomer service was good but you can buy better product for a fraction of the price. I am afaird to wash the products because the print is not the great and I think I will have to give the products to my child due to shrinkage.

May 12,2024The quality is poor and the print is hideous. People on here are complaining about slow shipping. I waited a month and a half for the second T shirt, it was not worth the wait. I want my money back. I can't wait to see if that ever happens. I'll circle back and let you know.
