May 05,2024I would give negative stars if I could. I placed an order 3/17 and they printed one item wrong. I let them know and was up for a replacement and it’s now 5/3 and I still have not received this order. I’ve received MULTIPLE b*llsh*t excuses from Jade in Support, I’ve asked to speak to a manager. She said it’s not possible. My last 4 emails have gone unresponded to. My item was $45 with taxes and shipping. All I want is my item and this company should close if they’re gonna operate like this in 2024. I can’t even begin to describe, this place is literally the absolute worst.

Apr 20,2024TOTAL SCAM - RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. Ordered one (1) t-shirt for $21.00, they charged me for 2 to the tune of $40.00 each, total of $80.00+ dollars. After 10 days of daily texts, voice messages and their own Customer Support, not one message returned, no ship daye on shirt(s).

Apr 18,2024One star because there is no 0. They take your money immediately, then they tell you the item has shipped when actually nothing has shipped. Referred to the State Attorney in Texas for fraud and investigation and contacting my credit card and bank for this to be flagged as fraud.

Apr 06,2024Achat d'un tee shirt Le colis a mis 3 semaines pour arriver car confié à la pire compagnie d'envoi postale à savoir Ups. Puis lorsque le colis arrive 12 euros de droits de douane à payer non précisé lors de la commande. Et en plus tellement mal emballé = le tee shirt plié avec la fermeture de l'enveloppe... que j'ai coupé un petit bout du vêtement en commençant à ouvrir. Et en plus la sérigraphie du tee-shirt est de très mauvaise qualité.... 47 euros en tout pour une vrai bouse que je ne vais même pas pouvoir offrir car c'était un cadeau.... A éviter absolument

Mar 26,2024Schmutz! Ein halben Monat zu spät angekommen, hohe Versandkosten und auf einmal noch 10 Euro Zoll, richtiger Müll. Zu dem ist die Qualität mittelmäßig bis schlecht. Selbst wenn es pünktlich angekommen wäre, hätte es bereits Ewigkeiten gedauert und das problem hierbei ist, dass man evtl. Merchandise kaufen will, aber dieser Onlineshop diese waren als einziger Anbieter anbietet und man dadurch abhängig ist. Keine Kaufempfehlung, lieber kein Merchandise als Merchandise von dieser Firma Angeboten

Mar 16,2024Pedí la camiseta 40 aniversario de dragon ball y 3 meses después no se nada. Me dan seguimiento de ups pero allí no saben nada. Reclamo a viralstyle y me contestan que no se ha podido hacer entrega y que ya no hacen entrega internacional. Por lo menos me devuelven el dinero. Pero si no reclamo....

Feb 25,2024Horrible Company! Don’t waste your money! They sell poor quality products and make you pay to return! I lost 15.00 returning a sweatshirt with Jason, Kelse picture that you couldn’t even make out. Very disappointing and Paypal wouldn’t back me up either.

Feb 20,2024A éviter. Je mets une étoile car pas le choix. J'ai commandé 2 tee shirts édition limitée. J'en reçois un et pas de nouvelle du 2eme je les contacte par mail on me réponds rapidement que ça ne va pas tarder. Au bout de 3 semaines je reçois un tee shirt qui n'a rien à voir avec ma commande. Je le signale et on me dit de le garder qu'on m'en renvoies un autre. Puis plus de nouvelles plus de réponses à mes mails. Je me retrouve avec un tee shirt horrible. J'ai declenche un litige paypal mais le renvoi est plus cher que le tee shirt j'ai paumé 40 €. Ne sont pas sérieux du tout

Feb 13,2024After 8 weeks of me using my precious time I GOT A REFUND ON FEBRUARY 7 LAST WEEK 8 weeks of me pestering Viralstyle to the point of we have had enough of Lynda. My previous email I finished with people have told Me not to waist my precious time expecting a good outcome from Viralstyle.I did thank them for the refund and how I felt happy about my precious time to get a good outcome and please give your customers the same help and NOT TO TREAT THEM SO BADLY. Hopefully they will have listened to me. I will still give them 1 star

Feb 13,2024The company sent the wrong t shirt that I ordered as a gift for Christmas and refuses to send the correct one siting they no longer have any in stock. They’ve offered no restitution and as a result would not recommend or endorse this company. The order was a complete disappointment.
