Ordered didn't arrive and they don't respond to a refund request. Scammers
This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve had in years. I spent thousands on a Sauna that according to the website was in stock. That was November 2023- it’s now March 2024, still no Sauna. They don’t return calls or reply to emails- they simply don’t care about the customer- avoid at all costs.
Bei den miserablen Kritiken bisher, wird meine wohl auch nichts ausrichten. Leider waren meine Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice aucch unterirdisch. Das betroffene Gerät, der Slow Juicer, ursprünglich von QVC und ein Geschenk, gefällt mir sehr, jedoch ist jetzt, nach nur seltener Nutzung, ein Teil kaputt. Der Anbieter wirbt damit, dass man Ersatzteile bestellen kann. Nur ist das entsprechende Ersatzteil ausverkauft. Seit Wochen versuche ich wegen dem kaputten Gerät, das immerhin einige 100 Euro kostet, dann wegen dem Ersatzteil, in Kontakt zu treten - vergebens. Keinerlei Antwort. Gerade habe ich versucht anzurufen, über die Nummer, die nicht auf der offiziellen Seite, sondern nur deren Instagram Account ausgestellt ist. Man wird zu einem Anrufbeantworter weitergeleitet, der einen wegklickt. Ich kann jedem nur vom Kauf der Produkte dieses Herstellers abraten. Die Produkte sind hochpreisig und wehe einem, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wird.
Commande passée le 02 Février 2024, aucune nouvelle à ce jour, je n'ai jamais reçu le blender commander. J'ai envoyer 2 mails sachant qu'il y a un envoi automatique de message comme quoi le délai de réponses risque d'être de plusieurs jours car surchargés!! Et aucune réponse à ce jour. Au téléphone injoignable! Fuyez ce site c'est une arnaque!! Si il y a des personnes qui ont fait des actions contre se site frauduleux s'il vous plaît faites le moi savoir car je souhaiterai aussi ne pas rester sans rien faire.
I wish I had checked this site before ordering a dehydrator, but I didn't because someone in my specialized FB group had one and was about to buy another. All seemed legit. First I emailed a question and after getting tired of waiting for an answer, ordered anyway. Three weeks later, I have received no shipping information, have emailed twice, and have not received any answers. I plan to ask my credit card company to take the next step.
Was looking to leave a review for this juicer for years (literally 25 years!). We bought this 'VitalMax Living Food Kitchen Oscar 900 Juicer in 2009 after trying and comparing many different juicers. We were so impressed that we ended up buying two (due to mum's cancer she was mainly on liquid diet and wanted backup to juice her veg&fruit daily). A lot has changed over the years but the quality of this product remains. We still use it regularly and still has an impressive performance, proper juicer that worth every penny, hence why we felt compelled to leave a 5star product review. HUGE well done to whoever designed it. 👏
Wir haben am 26.12.2023 ein Laufband über den Online Shop gekauft und nie erhalten. Auf unsere Emails wird nicht geantwortet. 499€ sind scheinbar leider weg !
Awful customer service. Sent a product back still in original packaging and box. I received confirmation that they have received it yet I’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for a refund. The only solution I get from customer service is that they will chase the finance department. Would not recommend doing any form of business with this company.
My slow juicer stopped working and I got a huge support from Tracy from Vitality4Life she helped with warranty claim and my new slow juicer is on its way :) thank you very much again! Great communication!
I didn't have a good experience, it took too long to send my purchase, I didn't like it and I've been waiting for my refund for 15 days and no one has responded.
Utterly disgraceful company. I ordered a reformer pilates bed from this company, which apparently before shipping was checked and noted as damaged. They offered a refund, or wait 7 months for a new stock arrival. I choose the refund, 2 months later I am still awaiting my refund of nearly 2 thousand pound, despite lots of chasing and being told 'I'll speak to the finance team'! The website looks so legitimate but this is not a company to be trusted.
Keine Empfehlung, die Ersatzteile für den Entsafter waren beschädigt. Mehrfache Kontaktaufnahme via Email an der Kundenservice ohne Rückmeldung. Keine Telefonnummer.
J'ai retourné un blender sous vide encore sous garantie qui ne faisait plus le vide. J'ai payé le port pour le retour en Allemagne et depuis plus rien. les mails et appels téléphoniques restent sans réponse. Mon courrier en recommandé, envoyé à la même adresse que pour le retour du Blender est revenu avec comme motif : adresse inconnu!!! Une belle arnaque.
I normally don't write reviews, however, I was pretty shocked when after ordering a dehydrator from Vitality I discovered such a poor rating on Trust Pilot. Gladly everything turned out just right, good quality and quiet dehydrator for a discounted price. Only one thing wasn't right, some extra nonstick sheets were not there, but this is more on manufacturer's fault. After contacting support they offered to send them for free as a goodwill gesture.

Ils m’envoient l’étiquette puis plus de nouvelles malgré mes multiples relances par mail….personne au bout du fil…. Honteux, à vomir ce site Mon courrier en recommandé m’a été retourné: adresse inconnue….🥲🥶🥶🥲 Qui a entamé une procédure de plainte svp?On se renseigne pour déposer plainte. Received a faulty dehydrator that only circulated room temperature air even though it was supposed to be able to heat up to 70C. Emailed the customer service who said it may be a faulty heating element. As it was within 30 days of receiving the product, I asked for a return and refund, which was agreed by the seller that they would refund within 5 working days of receiving the return. Posted it off DPD tracked and then… nothing. I chased them up after the 5 working days and after 48 hours of the email, they admitted they’ve received it and has asked their finance arm to refund which should take another 5 working days. And then nothing. I sent another chaser. No reply even after 5 working days since. At this point, they’ve had the returned item nearly a month and still no refund. In the end, I had to escalate the issue to my credit card company with the string of emails exchanged including where the seller agreed to a refund, admitted they have received the item, the proof of return and signed-for delivery received on tracker.
Albtraum. Geld wird direkt abgebucht und dann bekommt man weder das Produkt noch Rueckmeldungen zu mehrfache Anschreiben an Kundenservice.
J'ai commandé un tapis de marche que je n'ai JAMAIS REÇU. Aucune nouvelle malgré mes multiples relances par mail. Une arnaque ce site !!!!
Do not use this company. My daughter bought a treadmill from them and is type 1 diabetic, she started developing ketones with the rigorous exercise which freaked her out. She decided the treadmill wasn't for her and asked to return it. This was two months ago. Emails are ignored and can't get through on the phone. The flipping thing has been packed up, in the way in our home. Thankfully my daughter payed through Klarna so hasn't had to fight for a refund. We just have a massive treadmill that we can't get rid of.
