Feb 22,2025È da mesi che ho provato giornalmente a prenotare un appuntamento per la mia nuova CIE presso il Consolato Italiano qui nel Regno Unito ma senza alcun successo. Devo ammettere che l'ansia e l'angoscia erano arrivate ad un livello estremamente alto visto che la mia attuale carta d'identità cartacea è in via di scadenza. Qualche giorno fa navigando su internet per caso mi è apparso il sito "Vivere Londra". Molto stupito dei servizi che offrono ero quasi incredulo!!! Ho quindi iniziato quasi per curiosità una chat digitale con Marco che l'ho trovato immediatamente disponibile. Vista la mia lentezza nel digitare e visto il fatto che avevo molto da dire ho chiesto a Marco se fosse possibile parlare a voce (La mia era più una supplica che una semplice richiesta) È stato Gentilissimo e mi ha telefonato spiegandomi passo a passo con dettaglio e precisione il tutto. Devo comunque essere sincero e specificare che dopo qualche giorno quasi per miracolo sono riuscito a prendere un appuntamento presso il Consolato Italiano. Ovviamente contentissimo ma se in futuro mi trovassi ancora nella stessa situazione non esiterei a contattare "Vivere Londra" perché ho passato mesi di preoccupazioni ansia angoscia e tristezza che hanno avuto un impatto in primis su di me e di conseguenza sulla mia famiglia e su tutte le persone che mi sono accanto Grazie Marco per l'appoggio morale

L'ho contattato per assistenza per prenotare un appuntamento per il rinnovo del passaporto e ho ricevuto conferma dell'appuntamento dopo appena 3 giorni! Mi ha anche assistito a cambiare la mia residenza AIRE in tempo record. Professionalita' e servizi al top! Grazie Marco!

Jan 21,2025What can I say? Best, fastest service ever. I was struggling to get an appointment for the Manchester Consulate—for both my CIE and passport. I tried almost every single day for about 3–4 months and then gave up. I started searching online and found Viverelondra.com. I sent an enquiry, got a response within 12 hours, and in less than 3 days, I had one appointment booked, and another is now on the waiting list. Marco is the best—super nice, friendly and efficient!
