Mar 08,2025I bought several of their tents and one of their expensive humidifiers. It worked like a dream for a month then the humidity sensor went out. It would just spew humidity constantly until the tank ran out without ever turning off. I emailed customer support who took over a week to respond. They were very condescending and implied that I didnt know how to use the unit (despite doing so for a month before the problem started). They demanded videos and photos of both the unit and the inside of my tent rather than simply replace the probe that likely costs .10c to manufacture. I will not be ordering from them again.

Mar 08,2025I have bought 2 different types of fans and a solar irrigation system. After the oscillating clip fan stopped working now, a clip fan never working and irrigation system not working. I think I am done.

Mar 07,2025Overall the item works well and runs great. Connects to the rest of the equipment no problem and easy to use. It was a presale item and wasn't going to ship for a long period, it said should be arriving alot sooner then it was released. Only reason for 4 stars.

Mar 06,2025The lights came with 2 of the magnets damaged and one of the four lights won't turn off automatically with all the other lights that are connected to the smart hub so I've been having to plug my side lights in manually every 12hrs which isn't ideal by any means.
