Apr 24,2025I’ve had my tent set up for 2 months now and love it! It was really easy to set up. I’m a bit of a helicopter grower so I’m in and out of the tent a lot and haven’t had any issues with the zippers, got the kit everything has been working really good no issues. Only things I haven’t liked about it was that it didn’t all come together it took a few days to get everything so we could get it set up! The WiFi controller works well but if you have it on the basic preset controls you can’t change it on the controller but have to use your phone to change anything and I think they should of maybe it to where you could hook more things easily to the controller, some of the power cords are kinda short it would be better to have more cord holes that still block the light to send power cords out “not a fan of having a power surge box in the tent”! But over all I’m happy with the quality and operations of the products!

Apr 23,2025So I have bought from several companies, and vivosun lights were my favorite so I had to order a 10x5 pro grow tent kit. Best decision of my life. And customer service was great they really do stand up to their product and insure quality. Overall very happy with the experience.

Apr 23,2025The new 2ft T5 grow lights worked out great. They were much brighter with having more diodes than competitors. The longer cords also made it easier to reach different self levels

Apr 23,2025Everything about vivosun is absolutely amazing except they use fedex as delivery and they made my experience miserable i want another grow tent but not if I have to rely on fedex as the delivery process

Apr 23,2025Shady Business Practices This company is a complete joke. I placed an order, got a confirmation, and thought everything was good—until it randomly canceled . Fine, things happen. But then came the real problem: no refund, no response, no accountability. I contacted support multiple times just to be ignored or brushed off with generic replies that led nowhere still no refund. It’s like once they have your money, they couldn’t care less what happens next. They clearly have zero respect for customers and absolutely no urgency when it comes to fixing their own screw-ups. The worst part? They act like it’s normal. No apology, no compensation, not even a real person willing to help. Just empty promises and a ton of stress for something that should’ve been simple. They are very rude on the phone Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that won’t leave you with a headache and a lighter wallet

Apr 22,2025I wouldn't even give you 1 star due to your awful customer service on a return. Okay this is an addition,(an edit) to the review above. Their reply was to explain the 10 % restocking fee. I didn't have a problem with the restocking fee, the problem lies in the amount of time that it took to get answers and the run around from the CS reps. I will give my business to Spider Farmer.

Apr 22,2025A lot of people make grow tents. It’s easy to clean top and sides. The floor is a different matter. It gets fertilizer, dirt, spills, acids, and countless items dropped on it. Manufacturers know this so grow tents have removable floor trays. Catch is no one seems to make replacements, excepting Vivosun. Their replacements are high quality, easily equal or better than the OEM tray. Even better the price is reasonable. I like to replace the floor tray annually, Beats replacing an entire tent. So thanks Vivosun for making a product all should make.. I’ll be in the market soon to replace a 4x8 tent I use as a plant starter tent and a part-time chicken hatchery. You can bet its replacement will be Vivosun.
