Mar 01,2025The only negative thing I could say about my vgrow smart box is that when you flip to flower it is really hard to control humidity levels in the 50% range. Also the box seems to stay relatively close to the outside temperature rather than controlling its own internal temps with the light.

Mar 01,2025While VIVOSUN is decently quick at resolving issues, the fact still remains I’ve had nothing but issues with every single piece of gear I own of theirs. From being sent the wrong size inline fan and not replacing the 4” I received for the 6” I paid for (they did credit me but wasn’t the solution I wanted), to the fans dying after 6 months, and a faulty controller who’s probe keeps going out. They refunded me for the controller, and so I got a new one that does the exact same thing. VIVOSUN could be so much better if they just actually cared about their products. I don’t care to have products that fail at a more than average rate, replaced by the exact same product. Why no second versions that address the very well known issues? Sorry to say but I will be going with the better company even though the items are more expensive. At least they don’t have these issues and if they do, will make adjustments/second editions quickly.

Mar 01,2025The electric cord on my light is loose. Don't know if it's the fitting or something else but the lights go out when I adjust the height or it brushes against something.

Mar 01,2025This is the second grow tent setup I purchased from Vivosun. Everything arrived in excellent condition. The tent was setup in minutes. No light leaks. Light is nice and bright fan and filter quite and no no smell coming the tent. I highly recommend this kit.
