Feb 09,2025My order arrived in 10 days. Can't wait to get everything running. My only complaint, the packaging. A little discretion would be nice. I wasn't home when the mail ran so I had this box sitting on my porch for a few hours. A big box that says dwc buckets with pictures on the sides. No doubt my neighbors and anyone walking by is aware of my purchase. Honestly I can't believe it wasn't stolen. I like the deals but how much would another cardboard box cost?

Feb 08,2025Hello, sorry to have to complain. But I'm just now setting up my vivosun smart box.I noticed 1 of the 3 humidity dones was completely cracked down the side( unusable) wich was a slight bummer.But,the "Big" issue is i didn't notice til watching YouTube that my water level sensor isn't supposed to have one side open🤔..It has 1/2 of the wire exposed that goes into it's housing.Not cool.

Feb 07,2025The very nice and patient lady I spoke with was very helpful in setting up my E42A controller and understood and agreed the instructions in the manual were not as clear as they should be. Also offered to send a request to tech support for further compatibility questions with a Spider Farmer fan that doesn't seem to be controlled. That is the reason for only four stars as I was told they would respond by email within 24 hours. Been 3 days fellas, tell me what's the work around if there is one!

Feb 07,2025The products worked as advertised. I currently use 2 tents, 2 heat mats with thermostats and a thermometer/humidity meter. My pepper plants are doing great. So far I don’t have any complaints.

Feb 09,2025Delivery was on-time and the humidifier was in perfect condition Having the large tank capacity and digital control makes it sooo much easier to control the tent environment, I highly recommend it.
