Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives.
We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm.
Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland.
We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway.
Our commitment to our values, to doing the right thing by our people, our customers and our communities, is what defines us as a business.
Our work
Our work is a key part of the drive to reduce carbon emissions and the transition to a net zero society. Our role is to ensure that this transition to low-carbon living, with its rapid shift towards new, renewable technologies in people’s homes, includes everyone, especially those who need extra help and support to adapt to change.

Jan 22,2025The trades and support staff were professional. The only minor issue was with the finish of the boxed-in pipes after installing copper and plastic pipes. The wood was pinned back, and the finish didn't meet my expectations. I made the inspector aware of this and was informed it was classed as decoration. Three months later following inspection, the only issue reported was the outside pipe not turned into the wall. Prior to installation a new loft ladder was fitted to meet health and safety requirements of which I am very pleased. So over all, I am very pleased with the new gas boiler and radiators funded by the Scottish Government Warm Homes Scheme. Thank you very much.

Jan 21,2025Warmworks were very professional, informative and kept in touch throughout the whole installation from the engineers survey to product delivery everything went well. We were only let down when the sub contractor Valley Group didn't fit boiler correctly and we were left without heating and water on 4 occasions in very cold weather and it took the supervisor to come out and look at the boiler before problem was solved. This was disappointing as Warmworks had done a great job and this didn't leave us with much confidence in the new system

RMG was very good installing the new heating system. Our house wasn't an easing one for them due to old warm air heating system to removed first. It was all finished in 2days.

Jan 20,2025Very impressed. Main thing about everythingbis that, sure, it was a bit disruptive having work going on in the house, but all the workers were sound about doing it. All of them explained what would be done and how it would affect us during installation, and what the results would be. Workers never once disappointed, were a sound bunch, all worked happily and were always appreciative of a coffee and a chat! The work that was done has had a major effect and has made for the first winter in such a long time we've not felt cold in the house whatsoever. The work has meant lower bills big time. Overall, seriously worrh the wee bitty hassle.
