Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives.
We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm.
Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland.
We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway.
Our commitment to our values, to doing the right thing by our people, our customers and our communities, is what defines us as a business.
Our work
Our work is a key part of the drive to reduce carbon emissions and the transition to a net zero society. Our role is to ensure that this transition to low-carbon living, with its rapid shift towards new, renewable technologies in people’s homes, includes everyone, especially those who need extra help and support to adapt to change.

Jan 15,2025They will only deem you eligible for Grant-funded work where there's profit in it for them. Where you are deemed eligible, be warned that they will use cheap contractors and materials and maximise their profits. I know the buck stops with the incompetence of the UK Gov defining these Green grant frameworks, but these guys are leeching on this I competence at the home owner's expense. Stay clear!

Jan 13,2025This was a very positive experience for me. The company were in contact when they said they would be and their agents were friendly and helpful in planning and completing the work. The appointed company TK Murray, were professional and listened to my concerns about surface piping and adjusted the plan accordingly. The fitters were lovely guys and clearly did their best to keep the devastation to a minimum. Getting a complete new heating system is a major disruption, no two ways about it, but they did their best to make it as easy as possible. Would happily work with them again.
