Dec 01,2021Glad I got it ..works well I found it easy to fit ..no probs ...have given it a good test ..works well ..the only thing I think could be better is customer support ..ie answer the phone ....and my wash loo box was damaged where the plug had pushed through the box and it was left out side without a note through the door ...the goods were undamaged when I checked the Wash loo ..other wise all good. I am up dating my review ..the customer support contacted me and were very helpful and sorted the problem.I do recommend Washloo's products,I am very pleased with the performance of my Washloo...I will not be going back to the old way...Kev

Nov 15,2021“We have had our Washloo classic (r) for just over a year now and it’s still fantastic. They (whoever they are) say that you can’t take it with you, well if I can’t take it with me I’m not going. For years, before and after having my replacement shoulder joints fitted I dreaded going to the lavatory. The pain and contortions of the necessary hygiene measures were not something to look forward to and I was getting more concerned each day when looking to the future. The Washloo has taken all that concern away going to the lavatory is now a positive experience, clean, dry and not a contortion in sight. If you are looking for a Christmas present for your elderly folks I give the Washloo every possible recommendation and it may even come down to the difference between having to have a visiting carer a couple of times a day or not. So, in the end, this wonderful gadget could end up saving you money, a lot. This review is not as a result of any reward or payment from Washloo (it’s not on a well known shopping site).“

Nov 07,2021There was a huge delay in getting my new bathroom built and fitted, but the toilet especially was well worth the wait! I absolutely love it. It’s so nice to have a wash, rather than using paper. If I am in a hurry I have refreshing wash in the morning and feel fresh and clean with no need to shower, saving both time and water. I have also found, as the weather gets colder, what a treat it is to have a warm toilet seat! I received a lot of advice and all my questions were answered before placing my order, I recommend this product and company.

Oct 30,2021The bidet toilet seat is excellent, it has made my disabled grandson independent when using the toilet. I also love it, in my opinion every toilet should have one, much more hygienic. Aug 19,2021Have had our washloo fitted for two weeks now and loving it, can’t wait for the winter to come so we can really appreciate the heated seat! Had a problem when our plumber cut short the water hose whilst installing and asked Washloo if they could supply a replacement - it arrived by post the next day - NO CHARGE! - very impressive service. Thank you Washloo, can’t recommend you enough."

Aug 18,2021Purchest for my mum who is struggling with personal hygiene. It's absolutely fantastic!! My mum called it a total game changer. It was even better than she was expecting. A bit fiddly to fit but didn't take more than a couple of hours. I needed to call and a lovley woman sorted my problem out straight away. I am considering purchasing another for my own home. Thank you washloo your product is helping my mum keep some of her independence.

Aug 04,2021“We have had our new toilet installed for a few months now. The loo was professionally installed so is not suitable for an amateur installation. My wife is half Japanese and she wanted a Japanese style toilet fitted for some time now. The toilet looks very modern & stylish & built to a good standard of workmanship. Only issue was some hammering on the pipes because of the high water pressure so we had to have this turned down a bit which fixed the problem. Although a bit of a novelty, using the toilet is a thoroughly pleasant experience using the remote control fixed to the wall. Rarely any mess as the water jet flush is powerful and there is no waiting for the cistern to re-fill if you want a second flush. Despite looking quite narrow at the bottom of the pan, the toilet always flushes beautifully and efficiently & as it does everything by sensors it is quite literally a hands-free experience. The water jet bum wash (warm water) is much more effective than I thought it was going to be and the warm air drier leaves you dry & fresh without the need for toilet paper. I particularly like the nozzle clean facility which flows water over the extended nozzle. It hasn’t been cold enough to use the heated seat yet but it is quick & very effective and is likely to be used more in winter. I have to admit I was a bit sceptical about this toilet before it arrived but I would say it works very well & is very quiet & is a very pleasant & hygienic experience. It has been a big hit in our family!

Aug 01,2021“Although ordered a while ago the toilet has only recently been fitted. The customer service from Washloo was second to none, lots of valuable advice and no pressure to buy. As my husband wanted a toilet he could manually flush (it was me that really wanted an electric loo) I chose to go for the RAK/seat combination already matched together by Washloo. I really like the rimless RAK toilet (why aren't all loos like this?) and our plumber said it was the best quality and easiest to fit toilet he had ever installed! The seat looks like it was made for the toilet. My husband has actually admitted he does like using the toilet, although he was originally opposed to getting one! Word seems to be getting about his work place as he keeps being asked "what's this about an electric toilet?" lol. As for me, I love it! During this hot spell of weather I have lowered the temp on the seat and the water and therefore feel so refreshed all day. We use the light for ease during the night leaving it on from final use before bed until first use in the morning. The remote works a treat so we have not tried the actual controls on the side as yet. I think I need to experiment a little with the dryer as it gets a bit hot at the back but that is probably because I have not yet tweaked it. All in all 2 very happy customers! Next stop the full all singing all dancing loo that even lifts the lid and flushes itself! ”

Jul 30,2021What can I say, I have two Washloo Bidet's one in my home and another in my holiday caravan and their both brilliant. I have had Electronic Bidet's for over twenty years and Washloo ones for the past two years and I much prefer the Washloo device. So if you are looking fo a great product backed up by an excellent efficient friendly customer service you need look no further for an Electronic Bidet than Washloo.

From the first phone call we had amazing customer service with helpful advice as to which design to buy. Delivery was swift. We live in the South of England, so arranged for our own plumber and electrician to install the Washloo. They were given the phone line to the engineers at Washloo who helped them with the installation. We both use the loo daily and we find it terrific. It has made life much easier, we use no paper so feel it is helping the environment, and it is fun to use!"

Jul 29,2021I am extremely happy with my Washloo Cassic R and the service from Washloo. A quality, sleek and elegant looking toilet seat with every function that you could need. Reasonable price and rapid delivery. Easy to fit to existing toilet, fitting took around 1 hour after getting power to the bathroom. My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and has also suffered a recent stroke, so this has been a massive help to her both in convenience and dignity. I have already recommended Washloo to others.
