Jul 25,2021“We bought the Washloo to install in a new wet room custom built for our disabled son, as it turns out we are all using the new loo, and find it very easy to use. It fits well on the recommended toilet and certainly adds a new dimension to personal hygiene, thoroughly recommended. We are now trying to get one for my mother in law too.

Jul 21,2021I recently purchased a Japanese style bidet toilet for my wife It took me a while resurching to find what my wife would be comfortable with, and finally I came across Washloo products. The assistance I received from the company explaining what the toilet required in terms of water pressure etc was invaluable, and delivery was good and well packed. We are both very happy and I will be looking to purchase another toilet when I can get to refurbish our main bathroom. I can highly recommend the company and its product. Very content customer.... Jul 20,2021I am very pleased with my Washloo. We were replacing the toilet in the bathroom so I thought I would add a Washloo seat as well. It arrived on time and was fairly easy to install. Jul 19,2021"Well it has taken a while to get used to it and due to the pandemic there have only been a few visitors since installation, some have been a little reluctant to use it, others enthusiastic. My wife has chronic peripheral neuropathy as a result of chemotherapy which periodically causes her to lose feeling in her fingers, and she frequently struggles with handling toilet paper and reaching around to wipe. This reason alone was enough to justify buying the washloo. We are happy to recommend the washloo to others and have done so. Also we were delighted with the delivery and after sales service. Jul 19,2021Dear Washloo Family, In late 2019 we were fortunate to visit our son who was living in Japan, just outside Osaka. You couldn’t help but be impressed with the sanitary provisions, I’d heard about it, but experiencing it was a revelation. In April this year our son was returning home and we knew one of the cultural things he would miss was the sanitary provisions. It was supposed to be a bit of a joke getting a proper toilet seat bidet like they have in Japan, but it has transformed our toilet experience. I initially purchased a model from America, but the fittings were wrong. Finding Washloo was fabulous, I had our product up and running within 20minutes. I simply don’t think I could live without a Washloo, it should be a standard fitting in every new home. If you want to feel properly clean and refreshed after going to the toilet, then a Washloo is definitely for you. Regards, Simon

Jun 12,2021Everyone should consider installing a Washloo. From first making contact with the company, I have been more than happy with the Product - Premier Washloo - and with the Customer Service. I have no hesitation in recommending the product and the company. Buy one and change your life very much for the better, whilst also being environmentally and hygienically more responsible.

Jun 11,2021The Classic R Is a great product. Don't think I could go back to the old toilet setup now. I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis and so I go to the loo on average 2-3 times a day. I'll be honest; I got fed up spending so much time wiping my butt! This is much more hygienic and much gentler and so is probably a wise long term investment if you have an issue down there. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is that I am convinced my unit was ex-demo as there was some residual water in the box, and the power cord had some dirty marks on it. But it works flawlessly. I also had concerns about the push fit water hose leaking simply because it is a push fit, but had no issues with that so far.

Jan 26,2021We’re delighted with our Washloo Ultra DR! Customer service when ordering was great with a friendly sales person able to help us select the correct model to fit our toilet. Installation was really simple and controls are really easy on the remote control. It’s lovely to feel super clean all the time and it’s a real luxury having a nice warm heated seat. You’ll quickly begin to wonder why you didn’t buy one of these sooner!

Jan 25,2021I'm so very pleased with my Washloo! The advice offered prior to purchase was invaluable and ensured the correct model and size. Very quick delivery in just 2 days. Easily fitted and plumbed in with clear instructions. Being disabled I can truly say the loo has made life so much easier and less stressful for me. The various functions all work so well and much quieter running than I expected. I would recommend the Washloo to everyone. Happy days.

Jan 24,2021I purchased the Washloo Ultra DR Smart Electric Bidet Toilet Seat elongated after an initial discussion with a very friendly lady at Washloo to ensure I was ordering the correct seat. The Washloo arrived promptly. You do need a plumber to fit it. He has since recommended to one of his clients. I am over the moon with it . It’s so easy to use , looks stylish and fits perfectly . The remote is very handy too. I keep it on power save all of the time . The light is useful at night and means the bathroom light doesn’t have to be on. It’s also nice and comfortable especially the heated seat. This is such a hygienic idea , no need to use toilet paper and it cleans itself after use. Wish I’d seen one sooner. It’s so good I’m thinking of getting one for the downstairs toilet too!

Jan 23,2021We very recently had an Omega washloo fitted. My husband is really impressed with it. Easy to use, easy to clean and doesn't look out of place. We did have a conventional bidet but had to have it removed in order to have a more convenient shower base. We are very pleased with our washloo. Ann Vale. Get Outlook for Android

Jan 23,2021We installed our washloo while updating our down stairs toilet. We purchased the seat first to make sure we got the right shaped toilet to the seat. The installation was easy and works really well. My wife and I are really pleased and wish we had purchased one sooner. We are now considering fitting one to bathroom toilet as well. Jan 22,2021Never having been to Japan where Washloo type machines are apparently prevalent l was a surprised to come across such a machine that supposedly cleaned you up after a serious visit to the loo. Glad I chose the Washloo, it proved straight forward to fit having picked the right unit to fit our loo. Once fitted it took a few visits to to get used to it's various programmes all of which are very useful. It's now been in use for a month or so has proved a great success, its absolutely wonderful to feel so clean dry and refreshed after each visit to the loo and without toilet paper. Finally, the team at Washloo are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly so do give them a call to get your questions answered, it a great unit.

Jan 22,2021I suffer from Motor Neurone Disease and consequently had to have a wet room built downstairs. I chose the Washloo after much researching, I am glad I did as this is an excellent piece of kit, comfortable efficient and well built. I'd highly recommend this toilet bidet seat to anyone who is still searching.

Jan 21,2021After experiencing a heated toilet seat bidet in our holidays to Japan, we have been eyeing this for a while. We liked it so much that we wanted to buy one from Japan but did not as we weren't sure of the electrical standards and whether it would fit our toilet. Finally, when we got to renovate our flat, we found the Washloo Finesse Square seat and decided to go ahead and buy one from Washloo as this was one of the very few places selling a square seat to fit our existing toilet. Our only consideration then was how this would compare with the more well-known brands that we have seen in Japan. However, after using this for 4-5 weeks, the experience has been really amazing. There was no noticeable difference in quality with what we've used in the hotels in Japan . This seat comes with a basic built-in control on the side and a detachable remote control with more options. The toilet seat is warm and bidet sprays warm water; all feels very hygienic and comfortable to use. We could never go back to using a normal toilet seat anymore. If I can choose again, I would splash out for the ultimate experience - Washloo Supreme All-in-One Smart Toilet. The automatic lid opening, seat lifting up, and closing of seat/lid; and the automatic flushing will complete the experience. I'd definitely recommend getting one to pamper yourself at home especially with the pandemic and working from home.
