Jan 20,2021am delighted to provide a review of washloo. I had the first one installed in my bathroom just over 4 years ago and was very pleased with the results. I wondered how I ever managed to call myself clean before using this facility. I don't have room for a separate bidet so this was the answer. I had a plumber do the installation although I am sure a competent DIYer could do it. I had an electrician install the power. Both simple and cheap. So satisfied that with my advancing years I recently installed a second one in my downstairs loo and am equally satisfied with this. Just make sure you buy the right size/shape for your existing toilet and the company will advise of this if you give them the measurements. A very helpful firm to deal with! Eric

Jan 20,2021We have bought several different Bidets in the past but in the last couple of years have bought 4 Washloo bidets. They are our top favourite and have them not only in our homes but on our boat too! For us they are the best in quality, price, reliability and easy to clean. Jan 19,2021Before I started looking at washloo toilets I E-mailed customer services at washloo to ask for some advice because our bathroom is downstairs and I needed a toilet with a P-trap . Karen asked me to e-mail some pictures of the old toilet and measurements, her reply was very helpful and explained all about washloo premier all-in-one smart toilet which turned out to be just we needed . PS I installed the toilet myself and it is working just as well as Karen said it would. Many thanks to Karen and customer service team Peter Smith"

Jan 19,2021When our plumber unpacked the smart toilet from Washloo he noticed a hairline crack in the bowl which was not apparent at first glance. I phoned Karen at Washloo expecting her to say it must have been cracked by us but, on the contrary, she was most apologetic and arranged for a replacement toilet to be despatched there and then. We received it the following day by special courier and my plumber was able to install it that day. Really impressed with the service from Washloo and by the way Karen took control of the problem until it was resolved to my satisfaction. Cannot recommend high enough! Barry Bailey

Jan 03,2021After having one of these from another supplier, I decided to get one for my second toilet and came across this company who sell a quality product at a good price and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. When I originally purchased the product, they had lots of time to help me with the purchase and make sure sizing was correct. When the product came it was so good that I switched it with the other one I had bought before so that the Washloo was in the main bathroom because it looks so nice and has better functionality - many other products sold by other companies just don't look very nice in my view. My father has now also bought one of these and also loves it. The after sales service is also outstanding and they clearly take a long term view of the customer relationship. I wouldn't hesitate recommending these products and the company! Thank you.”

Dec 20,2020Tried one of these out at a friends and just had to get get one. I contacted Washloo who were very friendly and helpful to advise with fitment queries and delivery lead time. Following the order, the unit arrived promptly and I found relatively simple to install with my basic DIY experience. The wife was sceptical at first but loves it now and we'll never look back at toilet paper again. Thank you Washloo for your amazing product and great customer service. We're now looking to get another installed downstairs and I'll be recommending these to the rest of the family for sure.

Dec 19,2020"I have now had my new seat in use since Aug and can only say "Why didn't I have one years ago" My initial reason for having one was that I was due for an operation that would leave me armless for a couple of months. The seat was a godsend and worked without fault. My wife says thanks !!My operation was a success but the seat will stay and am considering putting a full unit in the bathroom. Dec 18,2020Recently purchased a Washloo in November. I wasn't too sure if the seat would fit onto my my original toilet, so rang up the customer service number to ask for advice. Both Karen and Alex were really helpful, spending time on the phone with me to advise which product would fit best. It then arrived within 48 hours and was really simple to fit, even with my limited knowledge of how to use a spanner. I now won't use any other toilet other than my Washloo. So would 100% recommend this product to anyone who looking to buy one!!

Dec 17,2020I’ve had my Washloo bidet toilet seat for a few months now and I’m very pleased with it. It works very well and was much easier to install than a traditional bidet would have been. Washloo’s customer service is first class and they have been really helpful. If anyone is thinking of buying a bidet I would suggest that a Washloo is a good option it’s easy to install and doesn’t involve the disruption which would be caused by fitting a traditional bidet

Dec 14,2020Bought one last year and loved it. I had the house renovated and have since had one put in every bathroom. Some of the toilets are a funny shape so I called up and they advised me as to which product would fit best. Would recommend to anyone anywhere. Great service and easy to fit.

Nov 22,2020Very disappointed Fitted this today. Quite easy and straightforward to install, the downside of course is that if you’re not happy, you have to get a replacement wc. The wash doesn’t seem powerful enough, it doesn’t clean in one go and needed to use paper wipes as well. The flush didn’t clear the pan even after 2 flushes. There’s supposed to be a deodorant but nothing is said about where it refills so I don’t trust that it is there.

Jan 21,2021We would highly recommend Washloo, as a company they were extremely helpful on the phone answering all our questions about the products and delivery before we made up our minds. The product itself - The Washloo Premiere all in one Smart Toilet- is just as brilliant as we had hoped. It works very effectively and looks very sophisticated in our new ensuite. My only criticism would be that the blue light, indicating that the toilet is connected and working, is quite bright and not possible to turn off. We are so pleased that we could source such a high quality British made product from a family business and wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again in the future.
