These so called "Extra Deep" Wooden Raised Vegetable Beds webbsdirect.co.uk - see deluxe-extra-deep-wooden-raised-vegetable-bed-18x09mtr/ are not extra deep at all! In fact they are only 20cm deep and not fit for purpose because most vegetables require at least twice this depth to grow. When contacted Webbs refused to refund or replace the product with something which is Extra Deep - Do not buy from these dishonest people as they mislead you, take your money and then have terrible customer service!
Terrible pricing, rip off. Shocked at how many of Webb's at Millets Farm products are disgracefully over priced, shame on them. The amount they are scamming hard working people out is very wrong. Many people go to Millett's not just enjoy the garden centre but to enjoy all the extra activities they offer. For many it is considered a treat to go there. Millets Farm has had a amazing reputation and amazing quality products, sadly things it seems are changing for the worse. Webb's are selling products way over priced, it's an insult, Webb's is known for selling the best quality, especially in the food shop. Its bad enough they charge £6 for a basic sandwich, but when they sell Mash Direct Croquettes which you can buy from Tesco's for over a £1 cheaper and claim it is a quality product is an insult to customers. The fruit and veg is way over priced, I bought the same grapes from there last year that they sell in Tesco's for nearly £1.50 more. I will never shop there again, please check the prices before you buy from there.
Recently I popped in to collect a purchase from Webbs at Wychbold and decided to have a look in the outdoor garden area for inspiration for my garden this year. I was delighted to meet Debbie who was not only knowledgeable about the plants, but very personable and made me feel she was my personal shopper. She is truly a credit to your team. I have been a customer service tutor for many years and recognise an exceptional level of service when I encounter it. Cudos to Debbie and your training team!
Very very disappointing dealings with what I believed to be a trusted retailer. Bought multiple expensive pieces of garden furniture from them last spring including a pergola and seating sets costing thousands of pounds. Turns out the pergola was faulty and have spent months communicating with them trying to ask them to resolve the situation and service has been very poor. Multiple times referring me to the manufacturer and absolving themselves of any responsibility. Avoid at all costs.
We love coming here. The store near Bromsgrove has a great selection of plants and so much to choose from. The restaurant is nice and all the food halls.
Order was expedited quickly. There was a problem with delivery but it was sorted out satisfactorily. Very happy with the thoughtful and considerate service I experienced and will not hesitate to shop here again.
Excellent customer service....one of the three roses I ordered didn't arrive with the other two, I rang customer services and spoke to Andy who was more than helpful in sorting out the delay (which I have to say was down to DPD not Webbs) Once again thank you for all your help and the Excellent customer service I received.
We took back an item that wasn't working for exchange, due to this being a present we had no receipt but we wasn't looking for a refund. Webbs, being the only local place for this product refused to exchange and even said thay it could have been bought anywhere at any time, could be an old product that is now broken and refused to exchange, the lady who was serving was very rude and made the accusations in front of other customers!😡
Today 7.1.25 we had the pleasure of being served our breakfast by the delightful Ana .She was so friendly and helpful ,making sure we were satisfied with everything.We have been using webbs garden centre for many years ,and we have noticed Ana has always had the customers welfare at heart ,you should be proud you have had her in your employment for 19 years.
I ordered an anti-squirrel cage for a bird feeder and a sack of bird food on December 20th, both of which arrived, very well-packaged, within 24 hours. I was delighted at such prompt delivery so close to Christmas. Both items were the best value I could find online too. Very happy.

Paid £4.95 for delivery, almost a week later it's still not been sent out, apparently it's sat in a pile awaiting a van to collect it and they dont know when that will be which is ridiculous. Would be 1 star but the price was very good, but for Xmas it's not worth it, pay a bit more and get better service.
Service very slow, over half an hour after being seated to get a cup of tea. This was 15 minutes after a sandwich had been served, and no sign of a manager to ask despite asking numerous staff
Outstandingly Enchanted (Wowza!) Last night, I had the best night I’ve had in some time (and it was here in good old Droitwich, Worcestershire, United Kingdom). Firstly, i would like to mention a special thanks to everyone involved at Webbs for the undoubted vision, effort and determination (five entire months in the making) bringing to 'life' a truly inspiring masterpiece in entertainment). A special mention must go to a great fella simply called ' Richard', who not only provided a level of customer service to me, but for his hard work, enthusiasm and dedication to providing an OUTSTANDING level of customer service that made my evening.
We came today to visit 1st time in years , the shop itself looked beautiful with all Xmas lights etc ,however very disappointed with the restaurant, we waited in a queue for a while ,while people could see lots of empty tables ?? With staff walking around ,we eventually got a table ,service was shocking waited ages ,after we were told we have to wait untill 12-00 untill we could get a child’s sandwich 🙈 food eventually arrived , then again I had to ask where drinks were ,lady went found out came back said sorry you are 4th in line , really disappointed seemed lots of staff but not helping customers ,come on Webbs this part of your business is clearly letting you down

We visit Webbs most weeks and always enjoy a coffee or light lunch. Might not be rushing back though. The refurb looks great, but when two elderly ladies ask for a soft seat, in a very quiet cafe on a Thursday morning, you do not expect to be told they are being kept 'in case it gets busy' and shown to the wooden seats. Bad show. Surely a bit of discretion on the part of the staff.
I received the plant I had ordered within 2 days, delivered by DPD. I was beyond impressed, not only with the fantastic and sturdy box and packaging that the plant arrived in but also how the condition of the plant was well above my expectations. I have ordered plants online before and there is no comparison to this particular order. My experience of using webbsdirect.co.uk was impressive from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone and I will most definitely be ordering from them in the future.
Just had a full English breakfast , not very hot and finished the breakfast and the coffees still hadn’t shown up. Bromsgrove garden centre does a better full English and costs less.
