Also, the company paid us for the stairlift where others were asking us to pay for them to take it away. This reassured us that the very useful equipment would be used to benefit someone else

Aug 25,2024I received a firm offer for the stair lift to be removed. When I contacted the company to accept price and arrange date I was contacted promptly and a date was arranged and subsequently confirmed by email. On the arranged day I was called by the engineer who was ahead of his schedule. This worked well for me as I was able to meet him at the property sooner. The engineer was very friendly and as soon as he'd checked the stair lift he paid me in cash the amount previously agreed. He very professionally removed the unit and loaded all parts to his vehicle. Within an hour of his arrival all was done and he was off to his next appointment. All in all an excellent service at each stage of the process.

The engineer, Danny, let me know what time he was coming and was efficient in removing it, whilst polite and friendly (he just needs to support a better football team though :-) ). And the company paid me immediately as they promised. Would certainly recommend.

Aug 20,2024Rang twenty minutes before he arrived and arrived when he said. About an hours work and told me when he was living leaving it how he found the house less the stair lift. Basically he did and the lady via email and text did everything we agreed. GOOD MAN.👍
