Aug 09,2024I first contacted through email and had a prompt reply asking for photos and then was offered an acceptable and fair price for my stairlift including full removal.Everyone I dealt with Emma,Meghan and Jordan ( removal person) were all polite,efficient and worked around my timetable. I couldn’t fault anything, all communication was excellent and the service they provided was second to none. Outstanding service so I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Emma was very professional and helpful and explained the process on what would happen with regards to removal of my stairlift. I then dealt with Megan who also was very professional and helpful. Megan discussed the time and date of removal. On the day of the removal Ash arrived promptly, he was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I was amazed at how quick and easy he got the removal done. There was no mess whatsoever and you honestly wouldn’t have known there had ever been a stairlift in. I would 100% recommend We Buy Any Stairlift to everyone, a pleasure to deal with, polite and helpful staff. Keep up the good work guys - I can’t sing your praises high enough.
