Nathan arrived to remove the staircase per plan, was very quick and efficient in removal, professional yet friendly and a pleasure to deal with during the difficult process of preparing my mum and dad’s house for sale. The market value of secondhand stairlifts is not great as I learned but WBAS was professional, hassle-free and avoided the headache of privately advertising plus cost of professional dismantling/removal and shipping.

Jan 31,2025I had a reconditioned stair lift fitted in 2020, in case my mother came to live with me. She passed away and I am moving house so I asked the company I bought it from to remove it. They said it was too old and recommended "We buy any stair lift" I didn't believe they existed but I did contact them and they couldn't have been more helpful.
