On the agreed removal date, Danny, the stairlift engineer arrived on time, dismantled the stairlift in about 30 minutes and left everything tidy. A lovely guy, he even gave me a couple of plasters as I’d cut my finger.

He kept me informed about his arrival time and was spot on. The only thing I would say is I would have liked more for it, but it is what it is, better than it just sitting there unused.
