Aug 20,2014Ordering was really easy, I left a message as I was late in calling, but someone got back to me. I was not sure of all the products available so we went through each one, and I decided if it sounded like something I would like. I didn't have to worry about calculating how many of each I would need that was done quickly as we chatted. I was actually on holiday so delivery was delayed till I returned home. I Recieved my boxes the day that was agreed and everything was neatly packaged with easy to use instructions. I'm very happy with the service given and would recommend to anyone thing of useing these products.

Aug 18,2014I lost 3 stones in 5 months following their programme. I am a vegetarian and the options available are delicious, especially the Spicy Vegetable Dahl, which I continue to buy because it's my favourite microwave Asian dish, diet or no diet. Orders are usually delivered next day.

Aug 10,2014I'm a 37 year old male, 5"11 and started this programme at a heafty 17 stone. The food is really good, and as I only eat Halal, I have been really pleased with the variety and flavours of the vegetarian meals and soups. Soups are thick and satisfying, the cookies are delicious and special mention goes to the shakes which I love to blend with fruit (chocolate shake blended with ice, a banana and a handful of blueberries is my FAVOURITE breakfast). I have a very busy job with long days and this plan fits in with me so well meaning I am eating healthy balanced meals convieniently every day. I do find the 1000ish calories a day is too few for me, so I do add extra vegetables and fruit throughout the day and sometimes a bit of cottage cheese with my dinner to bring me up to about 1400 calories, which is ideal for me. I use a great app in conjunction with the plan called MyFitnessPal, this allows me to acurately log my calorie intake and those burned by either a gym session or a just a 30 min walk after work, this is really motivating for me, just 4 weeks in I have just about shifted my first stone and I'm looking forward to losing the remaining 4 I am aiming for. Thank you Weight to Go, it's the diet that doesn't feel like a diet and is really working. From a very happy customer.

Aug 08,2014Really pleased with everything. I loved having the two bonus snacks but was unclear if should have and if so when. Ate them in the 7 days but they weren't mentioned in the info? Fast and efficient delivery. Would like option of something oven baked just for change in texture.

Aug 07,2014Delivery was very fast and order was all correct. Had reason to contact the customer service department with a few questions and got a prompt response that answered my questions. The only thing I would say is that some paperwork wasn't with my order and I was told it was being reprinted and would be sent out to me in a couple of weeks. I think that perhaps telling customers with their order or via email so they don't think something is missing would be helpful. Only on day three but going well so far....look forward to seeing the results at first weeks weigh in! Food is good so far, but obviously haven't tried everything yet!

Jul 30,2014Unfortunately found the carbs/sugars too high and blood count spiked badly and still hadn't dropped sufficiently after 2 hours. Also savoury dishes tasted far too sweet.

Jul 18,2014Love to use Weight to Go when I want to lose weight quickly. Meals are the best I have tried and believe me I have tried them all! I even have them with friends for lunch etc. as they are all delicious. The protein shakes are low calorie but extremely filling. My latest craze is using my nutribullet with the shakes, which allows me to add fruit - even veg to create delicious smoothies.I follow Helen and make lattes with ice cubes and milk (I know you should use water but love my milk). I actually keep the meals and soups available all the time as they are very convenient to prepare - just 4 mins in microwave!

Jul 15,2014I am happy to say that Sue from Weight to Go contacted me immediately and has assured me that I can return unwanted food packs for a refund. Many thanks for the excellent customer service. I would like to add that the reason the food box wasn't worth my while was because I have had a Gastric Bypass. I believe that anyone wishing to lose weight without the drastic surgery would benefit from this diet. It could not be easier, no weighing, calorie counting, planning etc.

I always tick the box for delivery to go to a different address from my residential but this fails to happen and I now have to ring up to amend it each time! Very frustrating. Great product, would be better without the hassle of poor system set up.

Pleased with the variety of options for veggies. My nect months supply should be sent automatically - so i hope that goes as smoothly. Thanks roll on weight loss
