Jun 08,2014Excellent fast service and delivery with 36 hours of ordering the cookies! Ordered online on Monday 9 pm, email and phoned me to say that the strawberry cookies were out of stock and would send them next week, and that was 9.30 Tuesday morning. Midday the next morning I had the order. And even Parcel Force sent me 2 text messages to say that I would receive the order next day and second message that they were 40 minutes away from delivering the goods. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Jun 07,2014I bought only one of the corriander and carrot curry the first time, next order I made them all corriander and carrot curry. Tastes great no need to add salt or pepper, it is already spicy hot and I absolutely love it. Root vegetable meal is also nice but I don't like the rest. I tried the double chocolate chip cookie and it was ok but needs getting used to.

Jun 02,2014I'd reccomend WTG to anyone, having tried loads of diets before I was shall we say sceptical about the food tasting "great" as with other diets which have claimed that I've ended up binning the food because it didn't taste like real food thus leaving me unsatisfied and eating foods I shouldn't and the diet ultimately failed, but with WTG it's completely different, the food is so nice I feel full after my meals and the best bit.........I get a cookie everyday!!!!! Absolutely fantastic!!!

May 07,2014I ordered the shakes bundle and I recieved my parcel the next working day. The shakes are yummy and they are very filling indeed. One shake, (with or without coffee), will keep you feeling full for about 4 hours, just in time for your next yummy dose. If you want to lose those unwanted pounds, try these. You will not be disappointed.

May 05,2014I had a baby in January and so decided I needed to loose some weight after this. I went online and found weight to go. I decided to try them. I put in my order and 2 days later I received my package. I have to say that I found most of the foods to be tasty. Although I would just add a chilli to my food ;). The soups were delicious even my husband tried some enjoyed them. I have to say though I enjoyed the shakes the most. I have lost weight and its been great it has also helped me to change how I eat when making food myself. I found the care I received from weight to go to be excellent with prompt action to my emails and orders and even saying they would give help with nutriotional advice. I would use them in the future and also recommend to others. They were great and are value for money. Thanks for all your help weight to go!!!!!

Apr 28,2014I decided to call weight to go. For the first point of contact the conversation with Cheryal was informative , knowledgable and kind. I have experienced this at every level. At my initial consultancy in London I was treated by the doctors and consultance with compassion and given the full facts , alternatives and there was no sell what so ever. I was treated in a humanly orientated manor. The only person who has been the weakness in this chain was a lady who was the receptionist at the Upper whimpoll street office who I found to be unapproachable, disinterested and ill mannered. For example when I arrived in the office, she looked me up and down and said " who are you " with a very unfriendly tone. I said my name , she then asked loudly I front of other patients " and what are you here for" I found this to be un professional as I was having to tell her in front of other people in the waiting room and it was my business why I was there and not everybody who was in ear shot. The process after that was flawless. I was booked in to my appointment. Was sent food. From weight to go which is delicious easy to prepare and took away the chore of having what to eat everyday as every thing had been done for me. Again when ordering this the lLady taking my order was knowledgable and helpful. Before my hospital procedure I was contact by a nurse who went over the situation , a laid any fears and concerns and made sure I was in the best frame of mind I could be in. When I expressed my concerns regarding anastytic she explain the procedure and gave me confidence whilst remaining truthful . When I arrived at the hospital In Manchester at 1200 , I was greeted with a warm and friendly manor and was escorted to my room. The room was clean although the fixtures and fitting looked dated and the ceiling tiles were stained. I was then admitted by a very friendly nurse and put at ease. I had to wait until around 1730 to go to theater , during this time I was taken care off by friendly staff who reassured and made me feel comfortable.. I went to the surgery and was collected by the theater nurse who had a fantastic character who again made me feel assured by her assertive manor . I have met professor Ferreti earlier, again a wonderful man who engendered confidence in the surgery whilst remaining objective and informative. I received my analytic which I had feared from the very beginning of deciding to have the band, I met the man who was performing the analytic , he was funny and made it so easy despite that I panicked when I felt the medicine go in as I clef a sensation across my chest that I wasn't expecting. Again I was reassured , the next thing I knew was that I was being awoken and it was all over. I was returned to my room to recover, I was very well looked after and was given everything I asked for . I felt safe and knew I was in great hands. The next day I was visited by professor Ferreti and again he gave me constructive advice. I was discharged with all the relevant medication I would require. Iam so pleased with weight to go. You have been there for me and I know will be there for me. I will recommend you at every level THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.. AND THE PROOF.. I LOST 12 POUNDS IN MY FIRST WEEK OF BEING ON THE WEIGHT TO DIET .

Jun 12,2014I started Weight to go Last week and exactly one week later I am now 6lbs lighter. A great loss even though I had a sneaky takeaway during the week. The shakes taste nice unlike the powdery flavourless shakes you tend to get with other diets, and the soups are flavoursome and of the texture of normal non-diet soups rather than watery alternatives I have found with other diets. The evening meal options are tasty and are good portions (for a diet) when served with a side of veg/salad. I have only tried two of the snack bars (chocolate peanut and lemon) and find them OK but nothing special and a bit artificial tasting. Overall, my experience so far has been good, speedy delivery, tasty foods and a good first week weight loss. I would definitely recommend this diet to anyone looking for a simple way to lose weight, but like all diets it requires will power not to eat anything other than what is in the diet pack. I am looking forward to the next 11 weeks.
