Liked most of the choices the only option I really didn't like was the Tia soup the texture was odd (almost woody I think this was perhaps lemon grass) and I didn't like the flavour. The carrot curry was also quite hot but I quite liked this as an alternative. My favourite was the braised beef very very tasty. I do find the shakes a bit boring I would prefer an alternative to these, In my first month I have lost 16lbs so delighted with the results so far I am intending to keep going as I have found it really fits well with my life style I would recommend this programme I think it is really helping me to make more health choices.
I found weight to go simple satisfying and easy, it fits in with work and I can still have my treats I love the shakes and use them as a dessert it's great
Happy with the diet items I have ordered. I like the flexibility of offers available with the meals ,soups and shakes. Excellent service from weight to go as usual.
If you are looking to loose some weight quickly, this is a useful way to do it. For longer period of dieting you have to be able to find meal plans that will continue weight loss, but the meal options can support your diet. The soups and shakes are very tasty and very useful in maintaining your diet through busy times.
i spoke to a really helpful friendly lady. she ran through everything with me and then was very patient while reading all the different meals out to me. i chose what i wanted and it all arrived within a day or so. so far I've only be eating the meals for a couple of days and they are very tasty, quick to make and filling.
Speedy delivery, well packaged and a good choice. I ordered the post op package and was given the option to take out certain meals I did not want. I have started on the shakes and they mix very easily and taste good. If the soups are as tasty and meals I will re order as it takes the hassle out of planning your meals.
Great information with email & text updates parcel arrived with 48hrs of ordering fantastic service
I have been a customer for two years and have had no problems but this time the delivery has been a total disaster
I saw Weight to Go advertised on the shopping channel. The presenters were totally sincere,so i looked it up online, and tried it last year, and lost 9 lbs. over 3 months, and have kept it off. My son and some friend even stole some of my soups, shakes and meals 'cos it is so tasty. I want to lose another half stone or so,so am having another go. Try it...it works.
this is abs0lutely marvellous have lost 2.5 stones since January it works when nothing else has so quick and convinient a meal can be ready wihin minutes of coming in from work allowing no time to dip in the biscuit barrel keep up the good work weight to go and bring us even more variety of this delicious food
The food boxes were always on time with texts to let me know of their approximate delivery time. Unfortunately I didn't like most of the meals I picked, the texture was very often like that of baby food, especially the Bolognaise and also some of the soups. The lemon protein bar had very little taste and the texture very dry. The same can be said of the other bars not at all what I expected. The milk shakes are very bland, but with a bit of artificial sweetener added they turned out to be very nice. As you can see I don't rate the food very highly but the service was very good and I will probably continue to order the milk shakes as I need them, as they are a very filling drink, which will be very helpful in my quest to lose or stabilise my weight.
I bought the surgery kit and with the variety of flavours available and given that it was the first time that I had bought I was surprised by the lack of variety. I will have to be living on at least one banana shake and a mushroom soup daily as I was sent so many of these flavours. Guess these are not the popular ones. On the brighter side - the flavours I have had so far are very nice. Nice to have ready made food. ANSWER TO YOUR COMMENT Hi. I was surprised about this too. I received a five week surgery pack which is packaged by yourselves (?) so I didn't get any choice of flavours. I had 2 big bags of banana / one strawberry / on vanilla and one mixed. With regard to soup I have 9 thai / 10 Butternut & 19 mushroom. There are a lot other soup flavours and I do seem to have an abundance of the same. With the shakes it would have been nice to have had one less banana and a chocolate instead. If you are happy to change these free of charge that would be great
the cookie was lovely and moist. I did find it very rich and only ate half then the other half later. Much more filling than the shakes though :D
at first the initial taste was smooth and pleasant, it was smooth sort of fake gooey initial chocolate taste but sadly after chewing it was more powdery than pleasant. In fact I actually chose to throw it away rather than waste the calories!
Being a bit of a chocaholic I wondered if the double choc chip cookie would live up to my expectations.... it did, and I liked the white choc chip and strawberry even more! Really filling and as I can't eat a whole one, it's a morning and afternoon treat to help get me through a busy day.
Who knew that a cookie could be so filling?! I have it for breakfast or lunch and it keeps me going for hours. Also makes for a delicious guilt free pudding (and is especially good after 30 seconds in the microwave!). I'm a busy student and I've been recommending it to all my friends because it's perfect to just grab and go when you're in a rush.
Really horrid..... The texture has the density of a car tyre, and is as chewy as molten rubber, and the taste is a mixture of yoghurty, chocolatey (but only slightly), burnt egg white. I'm willing to eat stuff that tastes and feels really nasty if the nutritional benefits are there, but this thing not only weighs half a tonne, it has more than 400 calories in it! It might have lots of protein and fibre, but surely I'd be better off eating a banana? In fact I'd probably fair better eating a banana dipped in chocolate sauce to be honest! Sorry, but this is a case of tear up the recipe and start again.
im slowing losing my weight which is they best way for me iv lost a stone in four weeks still got 2 to go but this is helping me
Bought cookies but found them too sweet I am not sure wether they are ok for me because I am diabetic.

Apr 28,2014Hi I have been doing the diet since feb 4th,and have done it my way cos of the shift work I do,I do seven days on and two off, only reason being ,I thought I might get bored with the meals, but on my days off I have a shake and a cookie during the day and then in the evening,my husband and I go out for dinner which is nice, though my stomach has now shrunk I can never finish the meal so hubby is happy he gets more.Well as to last week, I weighed myself and was very happy with the results, in under 3 months I have lost 3 stone, and just to say with little exercise too, well done weight to go,I still have 5 stone to go and no it will get harder, but the more I lose the fitter and better I feel....
