Bought a Cnc plasma machine which I had very little knowledge about but Westermans where very helpful with all my queries and questions. They helped me pick the right machine for my needs and at a very reasonable price. They even give me training on the machine at no extra cost and they made me feel at ease by knowing that their are at the end of a phone if I need any help or information. All delivery's, transactions etc. all went through smoothly as arranged. I would highly recommend Westermans I got a 5 star service

From start to finish the whole purchasing experience was a pleasure. Would defiantly recommend, from Craig and the office personnel right through to the guy on the factory floor who helped me load my welder they were fantastic, helpful and knowledgable people.

Packing of Tower wasn't good enough. or transportation company remove part of packing. anyway lifting motor was broken and we have to wait spare parts.

Awesome service from my initial enquiry to delivery of my welding set. The quality of the set was way better than it was described and that I expected. I asked the question wrt additional pulse unit for my Murex welding machine, guy dealing with my query grabbed mobile extension went directly to shop floor gave me an answer there and then with price, part was dispatched as soon as payment made extremely fast turn around - First class service.

Great service... nothing but words of praise from our end ... great after sales service, which for us as a company located in Malta is imperative...keeping in mind we are so far apart !! Would recommend Westermans International to any body on the lookout for new and used machinery. In our case plasma cutting CNC machine. Lastly but not least great personnel throughout ... always more than happy to talk and work with !! Cheers from Malta friends :)
