We would like to give our sincere gratitude to the great services we received from Westermans. We sent two Control Boxes for our sub arcs for repairs. Our great experience started right from the first time we made some enquiries on Westermans ability to repair our Control Boxes which are first generation models and have since been de-commissioned by many industries. Their assurance gave us the confidence to invest in our old machines. We appreciate the speed in which the repairs were done and sent to us. The first Control Box was fitted and commissioned in April 2014 and since then our sub arc machine has been working excellently. We are receiving the second Control Box tomorrow and expecting to commission the sub arc machine in a fortnight. We are very grateful with the level of their professionalism and we would hesitate to do more business with them and recommend them to anyone else.
