Sep 27,2024Anytime I use a online service that I've never used before I'm very skeptical and I stay away from those online services that doesn't have phone communication . Well wheelership has it all , call center to inquire about the items u are interested plus knowledgeable about their products the rim I purchased from Wheeler ships was aftermarket,but it looked exactly like the manufacturer, savings about $60 compared to the dealership pricing, I'm very pleased with it, was well made, look good and fits good without any blemishes, if you walked up to my car you wouldn't be able to tell the difference from the aftermarket rim compared to my original rims. I will continue to do business with this company they got my business and plus the shipping was within reasonable time two to three days shipping.

Sep 24,2024Buyers Beware! Stay away from this company they sell wheels that don’t last. They claim to have a one year warranty that they don’t stand behind. They asked me to send them pictures and then they said the damage was due to a road hazard but the tire that was on the vehicle is fine and has zero damage. The rim is cracked on the outer inside edge. No bubbles in tire. No curbs hurt. No potholes hit. Tire is in excellent shape. When I called back in they tried saying it was from a nail. Very very unprofessional company. They blamed me the customer for the damage. No damage whatsoever to my tire only to this cheap wheel they are selling. The wheel didn’t even make it one whole year. Buyers Beware! Thank you for contacting WheelerShip. Unfortunately, after reviewing these photos, it does appear that the damage sustained would most likely be by some kind of road hazard, like hitting a pot hole, or running over something in the road, like a nail/screw. You would need to place a new order with us to replace this wheel, at your convenience. SAVE YOUR MONEY
