Costco removed the Costco purchased tire from my damaged wheel and installed it on the new wheel free of charge. The wheel is a perfect match. Hopefully I will not hit anymore potholes on I-95. If I do I know where to go. Very satisfied customer.

Unfortunately, there was a delay in delivery due to UPS claiming my wheels were "lost" and I had to contact the customer service team and they were able to get the wheels the rest of the way in the delivery process after submitting a claim.

Sep 14,2024I ordered 4 new wheels and when they came in, I went to the tire shop to have them mounted and balanced, but during the balancing two of the rims were bent/warped. So far this has not been resolved, but hopefully in the process.
